im really disapointed wanted to use my daniels card for 80 dollars they said because i have not use my card in awhile they had to do a hard credit check , mind you good credit history with them my concern is my credit score is more important then having a hard hit over 80 dollars this request was from main office , so i used my other credit card the girls are the best there so courteoous but your corporate policy is ridiculous over 80 dollars you have lost a customer and i will let others know ...not good

Sometimes people judge others by what they look like and the belief is they don't deserve to be treated like any other human being. Well that's what happened to me and my 11 year old daughter on 5/3/22. From the moment we entered the business no one even acknowledged our presence so we walked up to one of the two ladies there and I'm sorry I did. This particular lady was so rude to us its a shameful. Did I look like I had millions of dollars absolutely not being that I was wearing yoga pants and a sweat shirt but no matter what I looked like we deserved respect and great service. I won't be spending my money at this location.

Dropped of my rings to be sized over 2 weeks ago. What was supposed to be only a 2 day turnaround took 2 weeks and several promised dates and times for it to be finished, pushed back. Today I was supposed to pick it up at noon. I arranged my schedule to accommodate them, only to arrive at 1210 and be told the jeweler had just left Carlsbad and has my ring with him. When I finally picked up the ring later in the afternoon the jeweler and another lady used the younger worker as a sacrificial lamb while they hid behind their work and ignored me. The lack of professionalism and integrity was obvious. I wouldn't purchase a 25 cent candy ring from this place after my experience.we were supposed to receive a $35 refund for our troubles, however the store conveniently didn't have cash. The $35 doesn't cover the cost of fuel to drive down from Chino today, return home in Menifee and then another round trip to the store.

Very poor customer service. Been in here a couple times and theres no acknowledgement that Ive even entered the store. You should at a minimum say Hi good morning we will be with you shortly. Maybe see if you have a quick question. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

If there were 0 star i will put it !! I was deally disappointed by their service. All their promises are just big lies. Upon fhe purchase of my diamond bracelet i was informed that i can do exchange or refund but when i went after they said that they don't have a refund policy!!! Moreover the staff there were very rude and treated me as if i was begging. Will never go to that shop and i highly advise you not to deal with them as well.
