My sons go to spot! He’s 11 and I offered to bring him here or another fun location not far away. He jumped at coming here and has been running with the card full of points since. Our sever was nice. We got fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, Caesar salad margaritas for me and some crazy cotton candy soda drink for him. We enjoyed the food. It was timely and the server was attentive. We will continue to come back. It’s a blast n tires my son out every time.

This was my first visit to this location, and I’d like to share my experience in hopes of providing some constructive feedback. Coming from Philadelphia, I expected a larger space, but upon entering from the mall side, I found the atmosphere to be quite dark. It would really benefit from improved lighting to help guests navigate the area more comfortably.

Additionally, I noticed there were no employees available to greet us or guide us to our seats. I ended up asking a staff member at the front desk where to go for food, and she informed me to head up the stairs. However, I found the staircase to be quite dirty, which was off-putting.

I also observed some staff members wearing scarves that seemed more appropriate for casual lounging than a professional setting. It may be worth considering a more polished appearance for employees.

Once I reached the restaurant area, it took about 15 minutes before anyone attended to us after being seated and I left out we were the only.customers there. A simple offer of water or drinks would have been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when my child spotted a mouse, prompting us to leave immediately.

No one seemed to notice that we were leaving or inquire about our experience, which added to the overall disappointment. I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements in the future, as I truly believe this location has potential.

This was my first visit. SERVICE was extremely slow, and food was not any better than eating at McDonald's. My meal was cold. The server said she would get me a refill on my drink 3xs before giving it to me. Out of a party of 4 of us, the first two received the pizza and burger at least 5 mins before the chicken strips came out. The server kept forgetting to give us straws, and the coleslaw had a speck of mayonnaise. The restaurant was dirty with uncleaned tables, and the carpet on the stairs looked like they were never ever vacuumed. The restaurant was about 1/4 filled. So much fun for a rainy date night! Large variety of games! We had a lot of fun. We did not eat here but the food is good

This place was awesome for a kids birthday party! Very big, make sure you keep an eye on your kids, a few exit doors without security. Food was ok very pricey, fries are very good. Games are pretty amusing for kids of all ages.

I decided to choose this location to spend time with my partner and best friend. We had a fantastic time! The entire building building is wheelchair accessible. Customer service is fantastic! There was a kind woman that assisted us in achieving the Dave & Busters deal with a digital card. Also, although some of the arcade machines faulted. The manager, Devin, refilled our cards free of charge. They also then put the machines up for repair. I overall enjoyed my time!

I took my kids for their birthday to Dave and busters on the 22 of February and had the most amazing time with them from our waiter Ian to the manager I believe his name was Dave but I not sure . I was highly impressed. We have being going to Dave and buster for more than 10 years and by far this was our best experience. They were amazing and very attentive. The way the manager handle a disgruntled customer who was a nightmare I was just amazed and definitely will go again because of this experience.

I feel like we always have fun when we go to Dave and Busters. I was very pleased with the service on a the day we went. The cashier was nice and the person who did the prizes. I wish I had their names but it was around 3 on Labor Day. There were a lot of people there but it was not so crowded that we couldn't enjoy ourselves. They had fun games I have never seen before like the ax throwing and the Godzilla VR and they always keep my favorites like the photo booth and the water treasure . Oh yeah and don't forget Connect 4 in multiple versions. Yeah it was good . We did not eat any food that day but I noticed you can use your tickets to buy food now. That's a good date night. Play then eat and see what you can get. We actually did pretty well with accumulating tickets but they can dare to be a little less stingy with the prize amounts for these games the kids look so happy when they get to take a decent size prize home and the parents look like heroes. That's just my take . Anyway we had fun as usual.
