I loved the dress and had it altered to fit perfectly. The customer service was great overall, and the manager was very helpful in resolving some issues I faced during the process of getting the dress. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the alterations were quite pricey. Unfortunately, since the dress arrived just a few days before my elopement, I didn’t have any choice but to have the alterations done there. I had originally planned for someone else to handle the alterations, but the delay in receiving the dress made that impossible. Overall, my dress looked amazing.

The young lady that helped me look for a dress, Hailey was so patient and helpful!
Unfortunately my husband didn't like the dress that I liked, so I didn't leave with a dress but I am planning to go back.
There were quite a few options and colors to try on. I was not rushed at all or pushed into purchasing before I am ready.
Overall I had a great experience at David's Bridal.
