Sunday at 1:38- got to the drive thru at Avery location & few cars were ahead waiting and there was no activity or cars moving. So I got out, there was a sign on window that said "sry on break- be back soon " continued to wait, and at 2pm, still nothing-- so we left. How does this happen? There were 3 employee vehicles parked outside!!! Super frustrated & annoyed!!! Waited 22 minutes & got nothing! Absolutely terrible planning on their part! Uncalled for!

Would have given it a 5 star every other time I've gone there, but this last time the person got my order wrong and fabricated a story instead of admitting it. Bottom line she corrected it with attitude. This was a new person. Like I said it was great all other times.

Super friendly place. Drive thru. Good coffee. They were out of tons of stuff. We asked for 4 different food items and they were out. The staff was very nice and we ended up with tasty bagels and basic cream cheese. I would love to see some fancier cheese/bagel options in the future. If that little place can hold that up!

We pulled up to the window and ordered a caramel macciatto and they handed a drink to us immediately. We drove away only to realize the drink was not what we had ordered, a mistake from the order ahead of us. Why not just take a minute to make the drink we paid for? Rude, dishonest, won't be going back. Not the first issue we've had there, but will definitely will be the last.

Coffee here is good but steer clear of the milkshakes: nothing worse than paying almost $6 for a milkshake and being served a watery concoction that’s more like flavored milk than a thick milkshake!

Folks here are super friendly and drinks come out amazingly quickly. Usually don't have to wait more than a few minutes total, including them helping anyone in front of us in the drive-through. Drinks are always delicious and the caffeine is of great help in getting back down the mountains when we're tired! Very much part of our regular routine.

The smoothies tasted fresh and made with real fruit! We also got the orange cream frappe and it tasted like a orange creamsicle (very nostalgic and delicious!) Good portion for the price as well!
