My family has been going to this DeVons location for a very long time. My parents, my sister and her husband, and now my fiancé and I have all purchased our wedding rings from here. They have the best service and if you need any help with any piece of jewelry, Kyle is your guy! He answered my hundred questions with patience and worked with me to create my perfect engagement ring and wedding band! I highly suggest Merced DeVons, and working with Kyle for all your fine jewelry purchases!

Hands down the best place to go. Was helped by Kyle, and by helped I mean HELPED. I had so many questions he was happy to walk me through everything and was extremely knowledgeable. They have the best prices and trust me I looked around for the best. They also seemed to have the best looking rings at least in my opinion. Would 10/10 recommend them and definitely recommend Kyle. I literally drove 200 miles to pick up the ring, and would gladly do it again!

Double check the information of the sales clerk with the management. Rings are not sized in sight, they are sent out to a jeweler. I was assured the ring I purchased for my husband for our 20th anniversary could easily be sized. I took in his old ring for sizing. The sales clerk assured me that the ring I purchased could be sized as needed! We took the Ring in and we were told that most likely the ring can not be sized down and a ring in his size will need to be ordered taking up to 8 weeks. We shall see what happens next. My husband took it all in stride, I was the one that was upset.

Update - My husband picked up his ring and it fits perfectly. Management reached out to me and confirmed that the ring could be resized and all was well. My initial issues were resolved. Thank you 👍

Let me just start off by saying thank you to Mike, Kyle, and Angelica for the best customer service! I upgraded and resized my engagement and wedding rings. They're professional and went above and beyond! I'm so happy with my new rings and I got them sooner than the expected date!

We had the best sales person. There was no pressure to buy. Reggie Luis was very helpful. When I said I wanted to look more he said for me to ask about warranty. DeVons offers diamond replacement for free and its for the lifetime of the ring. So I went to other places. First the rings weren't as nice as DeVons.

So I did what Reggie asked. I asked about the warranty. They were charging us $400 for the same diamond replacement and only for 3 years.

I told my boyfriend let's go. Went back to DeVons and bought my ring. Oh yes they sized my ring for free and the others were charging me 50. What a rip off. So go to DeVons for the best deals, for the best customer service, and for the best products. By the way ask for Reggie...

I was very dissatisfied with an employer there by the name of Kyle. Extremely rude had no customer service skills. I bought my fiancé engagement ring there. She was very happy with her ring. I did have to get it resized. Went in had it sent off and they gave me a eta for Friday but possibly Thursday. My fiancé was extremely happy with her ring so we decided to get my wedding ring there. I had to special order the size. It was a weekend so Kyle said he would check on the price on Monday and give us a call back with a quote of the ring. We went in to check on the quote so we can order my ring. We opened up a line a credit. It was only then he became pleasant and eager to work with us. We purchased the ring and had it ordered. So I call them Thursday see if by chance my fiancé ring came in early from getting resized. I called at 2pm on Thursday they told me the ring wasn’t in. No big deal. I waited all day Friday never received a call. I called them first thing Saturday. I asked about the status of the ring. I’m not getting married until November so I’m not really to concerned I’m just checking on the status. Kyle gets on the phone tells me that a call was made to me on Thursday. I was confused because I was the one that called and they told me that the ring wasn’t in yet. I explained that to him. He right away became defensive. Was being rude and sarcastic on the phone. Saying, “I’m not making this up” very aggressive on the phone. When I came in to pick up the ring I was upset. I tried to show him my phone log and voicemail box. He wasn’t trying to see. He couldn’t give me a definite answer on who called me. He couldn’t give me a definite answer on when the ring showed up on Thursday. I spoke with the manager. He apologized and stated that he had left when the shipment got there and nobody could give me an answer on this mystery caller he was so adamant about calling me. I however was willing to show that I had no missed calls or voicemails from them. I spent my hard earned money there. Never have I felt that I had to prove that I wasn’t lying about receiving a phone call. A simple. Someone noted that they called you but the ring is here whenever your ready to pick it up. Kyle showed very poor customer service skills. I refuse to bring him anymore of my hard earned money. I would never do business with Kyle the gentleman that works at the Vons in Merced,CA

My husband and I have been long time DeVons Jewelers customers and have gone back many times thanks to the great customer service Norma has provided us over the last few years. We recently purchased our wedding rings from her and I really appreciate her attentiveness during our interaction. My husband was especially satisfied with her recommendations on selecting the perfect wedding band after he explained his concerns based on his line of work. I too am extremely happy with the guard we chose for my Vanna K engagement ring, which my husband purchased from Norma a few years ago. Norma never rushed me or pressured me to make a hasty decision on choosing the right one. This is why I only recommend DeVons to friends or family who are looking to purchase fine jewelry.
