terrible customer service. the staff do not want to be there at all and asking them any questions results in attitude. don't know what the guy's name is but he is an older guy with glasses and he was so unhelpful we left the store. would not recommend doing any sort of business with people who could care less about their customers.

their website also showed an item with 5 in stock ready for pickup at this location, only for them to tell me the next day the item i ORDERED is no longer in stock. do you not update your website does your system lag by a few days? what kind of system is this that shows 5 in stock at the time of order and then suddenly all are gone?

This store is amazing. It has practically everything you need for sports. I wish I came here Thursday before the Sharks game. They have plenty of official sports jerseys and clothing. They have everything here from Kayaks to tents to golf clubs. Every type of sporting apparel there is from all the top names in sports and athletic gear and clothing. They have running shoes, cleats,golf shoes and Crocs. And the staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects and nuances of sporting apparel and equipment.

We went in here feeling horrible because we have been in the mall for so long but we stepped foot in here and felt so much better. The ac in here is great and the lightning in here makes you feel alive. 100% recommend this store

One of the better sporting goods store. They have many good quality brand name products. The staff are very nice and helpful. Shopping aisles are well organized, and roomy. Nice products display, and variety in sizes and colors to choose from.

Went in today for a Instacart order just now and forgive me for asking the lady associate if she could tell me where the item was. She looked so bothered and when I told her thank you she didnt say anything back and just left. I dont know why people apply to work in retail when they dont want to do what they are supposed to when first apply to the job 🙄🙄

All I can review is the golf section at this location. The golf section is dismal. There were some putters and a bag I was interested in (all said in stock online) so I came in to check them out one morning. Couldn't find them anywhere on the floor. I couldn't find anyone to help me find them. I just gave up. Just an overall poor experience for the golf section here and won't return unless they have something I really need.

Also it is in the mall parking lot which can be a total PITA to get in and find decent parking when it is busy.
