This boutique is the best reason why I would rather shop online. I came here to just pick up an online order last 12/13 around 6:30 pm. Nobody approached me so I went to a young male associate & not even smiling or welcoming
I prefer online without the condescending look and tone from that sales associate.
Very far from the excellent, professional & attentive service I got from Nordstrom.

BUYER BEWARE! My first bag purchase from this store was a fail. While I was recording an unboxing, I noticed a stain on it. The handles, strap, and charms were not wrapped, and the bag looked used. They took the bag in the back after I showed them the issues and it appeared like they rubbed some sort of ink on it to get rid of the stain. The sales associate Tezza suggested I buy the display bag and stated if I purchase online I would probably receive a bag from a store that was on the sales floor anyways, so I might as well get the bag in front of me. They stated that the only bags that are wrapped are bags that come from online purchase. They stated that buying in store the bags charms and straps will never be wrapped because they unwrap it to have it ready for the customer. I thought that was weird. The manager came out and told me that all the bags are handmade and they all have some sort of errors in them. It is sad that a brand name company like Christian Dior sells bags that cost $4,741 with so many defects. I purchased a black Saddle bag. One of the so called classic bags. I would post the video on my YouTube channel but I’m not that messy. Do better Christian Dior. The bags look like someone sells them from a back alley. Something is definitely not right with their bags. Buyer beware you might not get a bag from Christian Dior if you buy from this store. I just want you to be safe. If you do purchase make sure you look over your merchandise multiple times, watch YouTube videos of unboxing, so you know your not getting a fake. I’ll buy online and get it shipped and my fingers are crossed that the sales associate and manager was lying about receiving a bag from another store and they all have defects. If it doesn’t work out I’ll return and go shop with Chanel. Oh yeah the ink on the metal sign was fading. Smh. They said the charm gets stamped and they are all like that.

I had a wonderful experience at Dior San Diego because of Aiden! I was greeted right away, and the service was exceptional. Aiden’s customer service was truly 10/10—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Michael was also so helpful and kind (If you''re looking for a great SA (Adien & Michael are great)! Highly recommend visiting!

I placed an order in store 10 days ago, was told it would arrive in 4 days and would receive a text message from Tessie when it arrived. Never got a text tried calling multiple times across multiple days and never was answered. Came in store and they couldn’t find my order because it was still in New York. Don’t waste your time here.

Ppl working there are nice, but I’m very frustrated since I wanna buy a calfskin bag, and then sales recommend me miss dior caro, I confirmed twice with her and she told me it’s calfskin, actually on the dior website and their online agent later all said it’s lambskin, how could she be so unprofessional? I’m confused…
But ppl working here are nice actually, great service and offer water

First time shopping at this location and never saw the reviews before; however my experience was extremely positive.

I live in NC and the nearest Dior is DC, so while in town, decided to visit the store as I’m in the market for a backpack, particularly one that would fit my 16”MBP.

The team is extremely attentive and has positive attitude. Store is clean and maintained, even the bathroom ;). Complimentary drinks while you shop and my SA (Adam) was super helpful, and as I browse around, can’t help but notice others customers seem pretty happy around me which only means that they too are having a positive experience.

Since I wanted the backpack, I opted for the CD16 since the other sizes wouldn’t work. Unfortunately, it’s the last one and happened to be a display model so it has seen better days. I expressed to Adam the unacceptable quality and offered to get another one shipped in from another location, I agreed and will return when it comes in. I still ended up purchasing a few items to take home that day.

Two days later, I received a message from him (on his day-off) that the bag had came in. Dropped by the store and met up with Aidin who expressed his opinion which I agreed on the newly arrived bag was not acceptable either. He then offered to reach out directly to the distribution in an effort to get one that’s uncirculated and that it will be shipped to me in NC after he personally inspect it.

Fats forward a week later, I was informed that the bag had came in from distribution and was never been handled except when it was taken our to send video over to me. Two days later, I received a bag inside a well padded box and I’m stoked to say - it is beyond my expectations and the whole experience was positive hence this review.

Very weird experience. Store refused to accept my return because they claim I have tried to return this item and it was already denied. Never happened. Clearly there is a system error but I was refused help and accused of lying. Already had a terrible experience buying this problem and now this. Never experienced this at a luxury boutique.

This was not a very good experience, possibly the most incomprehensible in my long history of purchasing luxury goods. Upon entering the store, a sales associate approached us but didn't introduce herself. Instead, she directly asked what we planned to buy. We expressed our intention to buy a tote bag for our mother, but they were unable to ship to our specified area. We mentioned it was fine and that we would purchase it locally instead. From that moment, her attitude seemed very impatient. Later, when I wanted to try on earrings, she did not proactively disinfect them for me. Instead, after placing the earrings down, she went off into a small room, leaving me alone to try them on. I had to ask her for an alcohol pad, and then she expected me to clean the earrings myself. You may not think it's a big deal, but I'm buying luxury goods and expect a certain level of service. I have been a customer at Dior since I was 15 and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from the staff. I will definitely not return to this Dior store, even though it is the only physical store in San Diego.
