Absolutely love the variety of accessories in the shop, everything from snacks/supplements to the obvious or not so obvious bike parts. Service has been top notch the times I had to take my bikes in for repairs or upgrades. Rich took the time to explain the options in upgrades or replacements like new drive trains or lately the drop bar upgrade on my Jamis gravel bike. The shop also hosts tons of rides, from road to mountain and gravel, running groups and trail maintenance days for some of the local spots. The new shop has tons of floor and wall space for accommodating beginner/kids bikes up to and including both high end road and mountain bikes, even the newest ebikes. If you are in the market for a new bike, a refresh, tune up, parts or accessories swing on in and check em out.

Just had my Aventon tuned up, new tires, new lights and FANTASTIC service! Ready in one day and very pleased with the service, selection of customizing parts and price! A gem! Definitely check it out, whether bike or accessory shopping!

You simply won't find a better place for service on your bike, whatever the make/model. Work was completed very timely and at a reasonable cost. They fixed the issues I requested and made a few other long-overdue repairs. I genuinely couldn't be happier, and would recommend DNA bikes to anyone. I'll be bringing my wife's bike in next week for the same service. Thank you!

Rich has alot of quality bikes and parts in his inventory. If you needs something he has it or he will get you the right part or supplies u need very quickly. However he seems to get annoyed when asked a question and can be arrogant towards you. Recently dropped my bike off for it's 1st service and not sure what was done if anything. We pay alot of money for quality bikes and when you drop ur bike off for service and the bike comes back without the chain even being cleaned it makes you wonder. Not sure cause the 1st service was free that corners were cut but really makes you wonder when you pay for a bike service are you getting what you pay for. Very disappointed to say the least.

I recently had a great experience purchasing a new bike here. Took it out for a spin since it's a little nicer out and Rich definitely took care when assembling it because I was not gentle with it.

100% recommend checking it out if you're looking to get into cycling or even if you're passing through and need a part.

Received an electric bike for Christmas. Rich went over the bike with me in detail and put the bike on my bike rack. He has very patient with me and all my questions. A few weeks later, I bought a new bike rack from them. He put the rack together, showed me how put the rack on the car. I'm very happy with the excellent I've received from them. I would recommend DNA for all your biking needs!
