Over crowded and so expensive! Pittsburgh really needs some more grocery stores around. Giant Eagle is a monopoly in Pittsburgh.

I don't like needing an advantage card to check myself out. Don't we all have enough cards... it's annoying. I avoid Giant Eagle not only because of this but also because of terrible pricing. Never a fast process. Pretty store and plenty of options, but not saving time or money. Other options make more sense. I only shop here until my wife and I change our pharmacy. Hope this review helps Giant Eagle to update their processes and make shopping for necessary items more convenient.
