I hit the one-time, single purchase option when buying a Christmas gift, but here I am with an extra package of soap for $25 that I just gifted a few days ago to someone else. So, I will not be buying in the future whatsoever. I didn’t need a quarterly subscription and I opted out when I bought the gift, but somewhere in the confusing site, it was added back on. You don’t accept returns, so we have no more business together. Also, a reason I will warn people I know about your site setup: I had to google to find out how to cancel the subscription because you think ‘manage my subscription’ is an acceptable code for ‘cancel my subscription. Just another scammy subscription site.

Zero stars if could. They make their website hard to cancel. Been over charged $77 for soap. Tried to cancel. They only allow you to cancel orders within 30 minutes. I did it after 33mins. I was in the website in 25 minutes but it took too long to cancel. It’s a scam.

Dr Squatch who do you think you are?!

I paid just shy of £100 for a soap set which was shipped in a flimsy tattered brown cardboard box. Torn and squashed on arrival.

I actually thought that it was just the outer box but when I opened it… OMG! Spend out on expensive soaps and they ALWAYS come in some sort of gift wrap.

I feel robbed. It looks cheap and there’s not much scent to it. Kind of reminds me of kiddies soap sets in budget stores.

For the price I paid I expect attention to detail and careful packaging that says “we love our product and we love you for buying it”. It’s a soap set. It’s a gift even if it is bought for yourself.

It should be packaged and shipped like it’s a special gift not some old crap you couldn’t wait to get shut of.

Not impressed.

My usual soap supplier always sends her soaps in the most beautiful and simple wrapping. Thought I’d try Dr Squatch on a whim after seeing a tv advert.

Big mistake. I hope I get my refund but after reading other reviews… fingers crossed time.

I've always had to use Ivory, the bar, I have super sensitive skin. It doesn't matter how clean they say the bar is, no dyes, no perfumes, only Ivory didn't make me itch.
Until today. This is the first bar of soap, other than plain old Ivory that rinses off squeaky clean, leaves no residue and I don't itch or get red after use.
I love it.
I am not a forever customer.

Don't be fooled by the large container for the deodorant. It's only half full, and over double the price of any regular deodorant. I don't mind paying extra for a healthier option but this is ridiculous. So over double the price and doesn't even go half as far as a Degree or similar.

I have been ordering here for some time, I miss there old adds tho they were great, I recently got the set game of thrones and love it, it smells great. So far every product I love, especially there deodorant. Im in canada and after I ordering reci e in a few days really fast shipping.

I placed a Christmas order and it said it was delivered but never received the product. Supposedly they have sent a replacement order that will not be here by Christmas. Their products are not cheap and I expect to receive my product when promised.
