Vintage store with a specific idea in mind. Many old clothes with great prices. Jewelry and hats and knickknacks. It was fun to browse around.

This shop has always been magical for me, you will always find something that tickles your fancy. Between the antique jewelry, pins and beautiful scarves, hats, and retro clothing and jackets, there are novelties that will beckon back to your childhood.
But the best part is the curator and owner, Lisa, not only an extremely thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable woman, but a genuine good soul. You won't be disappointed once you walk through those gorgeous doors.

Greetings Thrifty Shoppers!

While visiting a quaint little town called Jim Thorpe, in Pennsylvania, a dear friend and I noticed a consignment shop by the name of Dreisbach House, 62 Broadway. The store's design reminded me of the brownstone's townhomes located in New York.

The store's design reminded me of a brownstone (rowhouse) located a savvy area of New York.

Stepping inside the store was as if, I had entered my grandmother's massive wardrobe filled with history. I could feel my level of excitement rising as I rummage through the dollar selection nearest the front door.

The sales associate greeted me with a jovial smile, as I placed my precious items of yesteryear on the counter. :))
This store had everything from earrings to extravagant attire.
Dreisbach House will be on my list for future visits.
Jim Thorpe has a rich history for sightseers willing to venture out and have fun.

Made a 20 mile trip to purchase several items I saw yesterday. Hours say 10 am to 6pm. I was there on Wednesday June 21 at 11am.
Store was closed...
