I scheduled the appointment at DIL as something fun to do after my engagement and I walked out with my dream dress. The ladies were so thoughtful, attentive, and not pushy AT ALL. They respected my budget. They really cared about me feeling beautiful first and foremost. All of this made it so much easier to say yes! I cannot say enough good things about Amanda and Ashley. My fiancé and I both needed to try on wedding gowns but wanted to keep the gowns we were trying on private from one another. The amount of time and effort these two wonderful women put in to making us feel comfortable and respecting our wishes was so significant. We felt welcomed and loved right away. And we both found our perfect gowns (which is especially impressive if you consider my fiancé has not worn a dress in 10 years).

I am plus size, and was very concerned about both finding a place that had samples I could fit in to, and a place that would help me feel confident in my body. This was that place. Their selection for my body size was ample and Amanda was the perfect hype woman. She has the talent, callouses, and experience to make sure the dress you are looking at looks great on you and will make sure you know you look beautiful. I am so grateful to have worked with her as a plus size woman.

To Amanda and Ashley, you are wonderful. Thank you for making such a stressful situation into some of our favorite memories. We could not be more grateful to you both for the positive attitudes, non-pushiness, love and respect we received from you. We both are so confident in the dresses you picked out for us and are grateful we came to you!

My daughter bought her wedding dress there and I went back for my Mother of the Bride dress. They are worth making an appointment! They know how to treat people!

I had the most WONDERFUL experience saying YES to the dress with Amanda! From the moment i walked in the shop, the decor outside, inside, even the small details such as my name on the welcome board, it felt absolutely magical! Amanda was so personable and kind! She really took the time to get to know me, my family, listened to what i was looking for, was mindful of my budget, and made me feel so beautiful and special every step of the way! She is so delightful to work with and her energy is radiating, I honestly didn’t want to leave!

Please if you are a bride-to-be still searching for your dress, book an appointment with DIL, you will feel so comfortable and absolutely beautiful! I had been to two other places prior to booking with DIL, and i left both those places with experiences that had me feeling absolutely defeated. I was nervous to go to a third place but i am SO GLAD i did. The service provided by Amanda is absolutely phenomenal!

A year ago, my bridesmaids and I (newly engaged at the time) decided to set an appointment at DIL. We went with no intentions of saying yes to any dress because my wedding wouldn’t be for another year or so. We went in and were greeted by Amanda, the shop owner. She asked me a few questions and then I showed her what I thought I wanted in terms of a dress. She pulled some options and threw in some that she felt would work on my body type as well. I tried on what I thought would look best and was underwhelmed. Then I tried the 3rd dress, Amanda’s pick, and instantly I started crying. The dress was never something I would have picked on my own but Amanda somehow knew that it would be perfect. I fell in love with it and just knew it was it! Few months later the dress was ready and Amanda once again helped me pick out the perfect veil and accessories. Amanda made what I thought would be a difficult process, such an easy and enjoyable one for me. She made sure I felt special even though she sees brides all the time. My wedding was on November 13, 2024 and I felt the most beautiful and confident I have ever felt and am so grateful to DIL and Amanda for everything they did to get me there. So, to any bride wondering where they should go to find a dress, DIL is the place! Thank you again to Amanda and the DIL team for all of their time, help, and patience. You are the best!
