I went in to get a paint match for patching my living room walls. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I just finished patching the walls and the match was dead on. I couldn't be happier with the experience and as far as I am concerned they have a customer for life.

The store is really nice and staff is great but I wish I could give them 5 star and I can't because of the manager, Alex. I was remodeling my place and stopped by to purchase some paint. I was standing there for 12 minutes at the counter to get help. Alex was on a personal call and ignored me completely until one of their very nice employees came in from lunch. It is understandable if they were busy, but no one else was there but me. I thought, it was rude and disrespectful the way he behaved. To me, he seemed to be very arrogant and unprofessional. Why he is the manager, who knows!

I want to thank Stephen Johnson for all his very personable, professional, and absolutely exceptional customer service! If I were to open a store Stephen is exactly who I would want working there! He made what was once a bit of a stressful day into a good day by his great attitude and ultimate willingness to help me! If there were more people as dedicated to doing a great job as he is this world would be a much better place!!! So If your looking for the best at Dunn Edwards on Lincoln St in MDR then ask for Stephen Johnson cause he’s the man! Thank you for making my day that much brighter!

I gave one employee a sheet of the four colors I needed in Pantone, CMYK, and text tone. He was working on it and said he could get them and passed it off to his coworker as he went on his lunch break. The employee that took over informed me they would charge me once the paint was made so I went for a walk around the block and when I came back she said they did not have the green that I needed. I understand everybody is suffering because of the shipping shortage but the lack of communication and just not telling me right off the bat that you don’t have one of the colors was poor in my opinion.
