I can't believe I'm reviewing the customer service abilities of a rabbit, but here I am. This place is one of a kind. Jak the Rabbit provided decent customer service with handing us our bag and receipts, but I'm sure he'll improve - the little guy is still in training.

Seriously though, a fantastic gift shop with a beautiful mission of helping out local foster bunnies.

East by West is an absolute gem in Eureka Springs! I stopped in with my husband and It was easily one of the best parts of the day. The shop itself is adorable with lots of gift/souvenir items but the best part is the working bunny at checkout. Watching him hand me my receipt, credit card, etc. was SO cute and such a fun experience! East by West are also big advocates & supporters of a local nonprofit rabbit rescue - they encourage donations if you choose to take a video of the working bunny in action. They have a tip jar for cash but you can also choose to donate by adding any desired amount to your total - super easy to give back to a worthy cause! I got to meet sweet Mochi, who was originally rescued & adopted from Arkansas Pet Rabbit Network (ARPRN) - I believe most (if not all) of their working bunnies were rescued from this organization! Highly, highly recommend - if you’re in downtown Eureka Springs, this is an absolute must-visit!!!

If you love bunnies this is a must-see! Lots of great merchandise, especially for a bunny lover! There was a nice bunny at the checkout. It is a really great place to stop in Eureka Springs!

We are from out of state and had family bring us to see Eureka Springs, we loved the area but the store that made the entire trip worth it was this one. My kids were obsessed with the working bunny Mochi. What an adorable little experience. Our kids spent most of their vacation allowance here because we doesn't want to see the bunny at work? lol. We will certainly return to see the working bunnies again in the future!

This cute little store has working Bunny's. They are rescue bunnies who will hand you your receipt your pin and even your bag! The bunnies are fluffy and soft and very healthy. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity and a bucket list item that I never even knew I had. Each moment was filled with giddiness and joy.

I were stopping by to look around for souvenirs and I asked if this was the place of the working bunnies, the lady working there guessing she owns it said “it is on the door bright and clear isn’t it?” Also “it’s very obvious the shirt kinda gave it away.” I thought that was pretty rude but I left a few stars for the cute bunnies only saw one not sure if she was in a good mood or not but that was very rude I only asked a question but on the reviews I see others got to see the bunnies she wasn’t very interested in showing them to us I guess.

Tiny shop, with working bunnies and slightly confusing signs. Bunnies were super cute. 1 of 100’s of places to get tshirts. Had plus sizes in some shirts but not all.
