Beautiful store! Well organized and kept. Most staff were welcoming and friendly. They have so many beautiful things to look at. If I were a local, this would be a place I would shop for unique gifts. It's a little pricey but it's nice to have these options available.

This was such an awesome store. If the decorations alone don't put a smile on your face, the polite staff surely will. The store is huge with so much to look at, and delicious treats. I'd recommend getting a sample of Bubba D's BBQ sauce. I went with the family, and we all had a blast

My husband purchased a bracelet there for Christmas for me. It was not my taste so I called and asked if I could exchange it for something I liked better. I was told yes I could exchange or get a store credit as long as I had the receipt. Perfect. When I got to the store, I was told that because the item was on sale that I was not able to even exchange it and that all sale items were “final sale.” I’m not sure why that should matter. I walked to the display of bracelets and saw a sale sign however, it did not say “final sale.” I mentioned this to the owner who said that if he would have mentioned that I might want to return it that they could have written a note on the receipt. Again, what does that matter? I politely said it would be helpful if that was somewhere on the sale sign. I explained what happened to my husband who called to see if there was anything that could be done. The girl that answered put him on hold and came back to the phone and said the owner told her the reason they could not do the exchange was because I did not have a receipt. I did not ask for money back simply to exchange for something that I would use for $55. This is why people don’t shop small! If it had been purchased at a large retailer, I would have had zero issues exchanging the item! I have attached the receipt that I supposedly did not have.

I recently visited this store while passing through town, and I am absolutely appalled by the way I was treated. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how cluttered the store was, especially the holiday displays. The Christmas ornament section was so crammed that it was impossible to even look at an item without something falling off.

Sure enough, an ornament accidentally fell from the packed display, and instead of acknowledging their poorly arranged setup, the staff that was stalking me from the moment I walked in actually demanded I pay for the broken item. I was shocked! The whole situation was handled with a level of rudeness and disregard that I’ve never experienced in a store before. As an out-of-town visitor, I expected at least a basic level of understanding, but instead, they made me feel like I was at fault for their overcrowded mess.

To make matters worse, they charged me $12.50 for what was literally the ugliest ornament, a bowl of soup! I can’t believe how unprofessional and downright rude the staff was. I will never step foot in this store again, and I’ll make sure to warn others. Good luck running a business by ripping off customers and treating them like garbage!

Purchased some jewelry for my wife and she was told she could not exchange it because she did not have a "special" receipt that allowed for exchange. She had a receipt. What is the difference?
Had i known that depending on how you look or who you are in San Angelo that my wife could not exchange the jewelry i would have took my money elsewhere. That is the thanks I get for "shopping local" Avoid this place and shop elsewhere is my advice. Plenty of buissness in town that values their customers and provide good customer service. Places that do not judge you and a stuck up.

This is such a beautiful store, I didn’t realize how big it was from the outside. There’s lots of different knick knacks and trinkets. Will definitely visit again when I’m in the San Angelo area!
