I bought cut beef meat for tacos for my son's birthday party. The meat was horrible, it looked like they gave me all the waste they took off the good meat. It was mostly fat and hard waste. It took me a few hours to separate the good meat from the bad. I called the store they denied me speaking to a manager. I was told that there was nothing they could do for me since the meat was already tampered with. She was very rude and asked me why I didn't check the meat before leaving the store. I said I did not know I had to check the meat, why would I? I am sorry but I paid good money for that meat, it was not given to me for free. I shouldn't have to check it to make sure it isn't trash. I did not notice how bad the meat was until I was ready to cook it, I did not have time to drive back to the store. I had to use it, serving my family and friends what I was able to clean from it. I felt horrible and embarrassed to feed them waste, I don’t think that is fair. The store caters to the Latino community and the Latino community deserves better than that, we work hard for our money and expect more from our grocery stores. You need to hire staff that is less rude and that takes pride in the products they serve. I will never buy from your store again and I will make sure to let all my friends and family know how horrible your meat is.

This is one of my favorite places to shop, especially when I’m making carne asada or ceviche. They have everything I need plus many other ingredients that are hard to find. The place is very clean and wide-open. Interestingly, knowing that they cater to a Hispanic audience, their prices are substantially more than almost all other supermarkets. The reason I don’t give them five stars is because of their customer service. The staff in the aisles are friendly and will help you, but the staff at the registers frequently are rude. The last four visits have been especially awful, given how I am treated at the register. The girls seem irritated with customers and do not smile. They are typically visiting with each other, so a customer interruption rocks their world.

The Cashiers don't know English. I kept trying to talk to the cashier, and she was ignoring me, rolling her eyes and being rude. She screwed up my order and had to call a manager. Apparently, the cashier didn't know English. How are you gonna hire someone who doesn't know English? I guess that's just how it is in this country now unfortunately. Also the fruit was rotten.

My family and I like to shop here because of the selection. We are from out of town but might come here one or two times a month. While looking at some of the reviews I notice other people had issues with customer service too. We went to the meat counter early on a Saturday morning and they were not busy like they usually are, about four people ahead of us, six standing around the whole thing. We took a number and waited about five minutes. My wife asked for three pounds of the same cut of meat but wanted it separated into three separate bags of one pound each, not an unreasonable request, because we were going to give the other two pounds to two other people and keep one for ourselves. Well, the young guy and this woman, both are new since the last time we were there, both immediately started having fits and making visible childish pouting faces with my wife's request.

My wife didn't act rude and was nice to them while asking but they didn't want to do the extra work and had a counter request of, well can we just do two bags instead of three? No we want three. "Well they get mad at us for taking to long"....Who is they and to long for what? There was no crowd and usually we get one person helping not two so it should go even quicker right? So they did what we requested while making faces at each other like children not wanting to do something they are told to do, and they asked if there was anything else we needed? My wife replied, in a rude way this time, No! It'll will be to much work for you...
I suggested we complain to the manager but she said, "no why..next time we come here they won't be here".

I stopped here to get donuts for my son's club meeting. They DO NOT have donuts. But what they do have was very unique and well received by the team. I took pictures of many of the pastries and what I think of as Mexican style cookies. The baked goods are not as sweet as you would find in USA grocery stores so this is great for those looking to cut down on their sugar intake. The pastries with the cream cheese topping are DEVINE! I was so tickled as how much the kids loved them.

This is a great cultural experience. The produce is huge and fresh. There are sections of Mexican candies and everyday kitchen items that are unique from Mexico.

The meat counter is enormous! I've never seen such a large variety of meat to choose from. The sea food looks so fresh you could swear they were just caught.

At the entrance inside are a lot of Crain games to occupy bored children. A very teensy tine florist area is right by there and they offer some very decent flower bouquet.

There is a restaurant here that offers sit down tables. All in all this was a very fun place to shop. There is also a very large handicap parking that takes up the center of the parking lot. The doors are automatics so this place is very handicap friendly.

Worst el super ever. The cashier wouldn't even look at me even, though I said hi and hope you have a nice day. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

it is a waste of time coming here unless you have an emergency there is always huge lines to order and pay. They have 10 registers only 2 open. the meat department you have to wait at least 40 minutes to get help the produce it's not the best you literally have to eat it within 2 days before it spoils. The meat quality can be a lot better for the prices that they have everyone at the bakery is rude...
