As of January 2024 Elba Florist is under new ownership. When I called to order flowers for a local funeral, I was assured that the new owner had many years of floral experience and she did not disappoint! She provided a beautiful memorial basket and also created lovely little mason jar bouquets for the wake table center pieces. I’m so grateful for the wonderful florals and the excellent service I received. Thank you so much!!!! I would not hesitate to to order with this florist again 🙂

Chris the owner from Elba Florist is amazing. He assisted me in sending flowers to my special person for Valentine’s Day, while I was out of the country on business. We spoke over the phone and he went into intricate detail asking questions on how I wanted the arrangement to be. He created a beautiful arrangement within my budget and had it delivered exactly when he promised. I would 100% recommend this flower shop.

In response to the previous two reviews of my business which I would like to clarify as follows. The lady came in my florist wanting prices on certain bouquets etc for her wedding and I told her I would have to get back with her on prices. So a few weeks later she came back in and I went over her prices for what she was wanting and she exclaimed "it's that much" and I told her the type lilies and roses she was wanting and quantity of them is why they were that price. I said however, you are welcome to check with other shops and see if their prices are cheaper than mine and she said, "oh it's like that" I said maam these are the prices I have to have to make what you want for your wedding but you can shop other places to see if my prices are in like with your budget. She just stormed out of my shop. She called weeks later wanting to place an order for the flowers and I told her I couldn't do them for her because I didn't have enough time now to get them in for her wedding and I couldn't do it. She just went on and on on the phone til I had to hang up to answer another phone call. So I don't apoligize to any bride calling my store a week before the wedding and demand I do her flowers. I've been doing floral design for 30 plus years and no one will tell me I have to do their flowers after them storming out of my store.

One of the best florist around! I have been doing business here for 15 years and will not use anyone else. My flowers and prom bouquets always get so many compliments. The staff is always eager to help and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your special day is perfect!

2 years ago I fell in love with this shop. They did an Awesome job to my sister in law bouquet, so why not return. Now my sister is getting married so we went back, big mistake. The gentleman was very rude to my sister and even hung up on her. This was strike # 2. I do not recommend. Customer service was awful.

The guy there is really rude! I tried to place a order for my wedding and asked him a few questions and he came with a really rude comment stating “You can look somewhere else if you want to” Mind you I’m just asking questions. Then I called back to place the order trying to over look that comment and he hang up the phone on me, I honestly wish I knew someone over him cause this needs to be reported. I’m a customer just like anyone else, no matter the color or race and deserves to get treated with respect! So if I was you I would consider somewhere else.
