Best Shoe Store in the USA!! You won't regret going here for all your shoe needs!!! Muna is a special person and you will feel like you walked into a cozy vacation cottage and it feels like home. You want to just sit down, relax, have some soup and never leave, while they pamper your feet into a new life experience! 10 Years strong!!!! You will find shoes that you can't find in an 80 mile radius!

Great selection of shoes especially for hard to fit sizes. The sales person was very helpful and spent as much time as we needed to select shoes for my wife and myself. I spent more than I normally do for shoes but the quality, fit and service was much appreciated. Since I tend to be a frugal shopper, I came home and price shopped online and the price I paid at Elias was the same at the price listed at Zappos. So great service doesn't have to cost more.

Old-fashioned excellence in customer service quality by its owner. We never felt pressured, we were warmly welcomed, we were able to ask questions that were gladly answered by the shop owner. This is a great shoe store. They really know their shoes and have excellent customer service. My podiatrist referred me here when I needed better shoes. They helped me find the right brand, style, and fit for my feet. I bought a pair of tennis shoes and a pair of sandals. I copied what they helped me find by ordering subsequent pairs online. The last pair of tennis shoes I ordered seemed to be wearing out very quickly so I returned today for a new recommendation. I found a new brand of tennis shoes and got a great pair of boots I will put to good use in Montana this Christmas.

A 45-minute drive and a wonderful result. The store is well stocked with a variety of footwear. The store is quaint, very appealing, and very neat and orderly. We needed some better quality insoles (powerstep), which I was told via email that they did have. What I didn't expect was the knowledge and caring from everyone in the store. A do-it-yourself expectation turned into a full assistance experience. We got exactly what we needed because the staff cared. A great place, a great selection, a great staff, and well worth a visit... or should I say "visits"!.... Thank you

Yes! I found shoes within 5 minutes of walking into the place for the first time! Perfect for my daughters wedding. Great customer service. I wear a 8 1/2 wide. Thankfully someone on Temecula Talk on FB shared this location.
I was so thrilled with having perfect fitting shoes I bought a pair of boots to wear with my jeans:)

This store is top notch when it comes to extensive knowledge about problematic foot issues. Thier customer service is very prompt and comprehensive! I was pleasantly surprised to see their wide variety of shoes ranging from athletic wear, formal, workplace, and even men's children's shoes. I highly recommend shopping at this store even if you're not looking for orthopaedic footwear. All of the shoes are high quality. It was also nice to browse the accessories from local artisans that they carry. Very beautiful items!

Today I went into the store and had a return, there was a problem with the system. Rania was so Helpful and so patient and so kind. She took care of me as if I was her only customer in the store. I was so grateful to know there are still stores like this with such fantastic service. I will be back and will definitely promote their business to all who are in need of shoes !
