Went shopping for my daughter’s prom dress and the customer service was awesome! My daughter fell in love with her dress. When checking out the other ladies showed my daughter different tuxedo ideas for her boyfriend and put in her file what color for his tie to match her dress! Pricing is reasonable! Where do I begin! I went to EB pretty close minded thinking & knowing I wanted one dress and one dress only. Katie helped me with my first shopping experience & I chose a dress I loved and thought I wanted.
2 months before my wedding, my vision changed & both Patty & Katie helped me remain calm as I was close to having a breakdown about my dress. They invited me back to EB to try on my true dream wedding dress. I absolutely fell in love. It was 6 sizes too big & with not much time left until my wedding, doing alterations on that dress wasn't realistic. Patty got on the phone instantly with the designing team to see if the dress can be ordered in my size in time for my wedding, and to no surprise these girls made it happen! I am truly grateful I trusted them to make sure my wedding day was a true dream of mine. My dress is absolutely beautiful and I obviously couldn't have made that happen without them. They even were invited to my wedding and of course showed up. Thank you to all the girls at EB! My experience was hands down the best! Added bonus- their veils are absolutely stunning!

Service is terrible. Communication is worse. They knew exactly what dress I was looking for and they wouldn't get it in time for my wedding which is understanding but she kept trying to force me to try on another dress and kept saying "it's the same dress" with attitude and it was so upsetting. I drove an hour for the possibility of getting my dress in time since they told me over the phone it would be a rush order. This is my big day and they're supposed to be so much more understanding for a bride. But clearly they're here to just make the sale. They have no values and shouldn't be in this business.
I'm not sure why I didn't look at the reviews before hand. Don't go here. Make the trip anywhere else. Go somewhere they understand how important your big day is.

I didn’t know wedding dress shopping could be so special & memorable until I came here. Katie was a dream to work with and somehow just *knew* exactly what I needed after showing her inspo pics. She pulled a few dresses and was very specific in the questions she asked me about what I liked about the dresses. She ended up pulling my dream dress & it was just an instant YES moment. She truly cares & listens to what you want and is so kind & patient. I loved my experience so much I asked her to take a picture with me so I’d always have it to remember. 🤍

I traveled 2 1/2 hours to come here and it did not disappoint! The dresses are so beautiful and the service was over the top. Katie not only helped me find my dream dress but went above and beyond helping me with finding and ordering a custom overskirt to match it. Katie and her sister are so kind, so helpful, made me feel so great when finally trying everything on together. I will continue to let everyone know to go here when needing a dress or accessories, etc. it is so worth it! The prices are very reasonable as well. The best bridal store in CA! Go here if you’re thinking about it you will not regret it!!!

What a wonderful and beautiful experience I had at this gorgeous bridal salon! As an older second time bride, I was unsure of how to go about choosing my wedding gown. We just left there looking for a prom dress! Its beautiful inside and they have an AMAZING selection. The dresses are beautiful, top designers, and offers many accessories. The young lady was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly suggest looking here for a dress and accessories before David Bridal or other prom/wedding venues. This place is a hidden gem!! More photos to follow. BETTER THAN TRUDY'S!!!
