if i could give them 0 stars i would. they seem professional, clean and nice. thats just a hook to get you to sign a contract. they lie about the items that are included in the packet. they change their stories. they are unprofessional. i had 2 appointments and when i got there the place was closed!! they claim tney forgot i had a late appointment. they ordered my wrong wedding dress. they didnt have my boyfriends suit ready. 1st it was to small ,2nd of all the pants didnt fit, 3rd he got to work late because of how long he had to wait to even try on his suit(3hrs)4th the suit arrived 1 week before the wedding like what the we are spending his hard earned money on this place that is expensive and unprofessional. not worth your money or time. please stay away fro this place i am receiving my dress 1day before my wedding because they are unpredictable unprofessional and careless. plus bonus i spotted a roach inside. ewww cant believe our clothing was there.

Just got a quinceañera dress for my younger sibling and they messed up our package for the quince accessories. I had to wait an extra hour for the dressed to be tailored when they said it be ready on the day of pickup. Please take your princesses elsewhere from this shop. Truly, terrible in time management and order processing.

Zero start 0. Worst service ever!! Dont go here! They need to be report it to the BBB. My sister quince is next week and my mom has been calling (they dont answer their phones) she has physically gone to the store several times to asked for an update on the dress and they keep telling her "el vestido llega por que llega". We are literally 1 week away from the event and the lady asked my mom to give her until Tuesday if not they will give her the money back. My sister left crying. BTW the dress was order since January. Worst part she said we have a quinceanera that her event is Friday and we just received the dress today (Thursday). The ower should at least have the courtesy to call your customers and let them know of any delays.

I have to say, this boutique really does have a great selection of beautiful dresses but... At first glance they seem very professional but it's all just to get you to sign a contract when buying a dress or renting an outfit. Service was actually quite bad, appointments were postponed because an employee didn't want to work that day. I came from about two hours away just to have my appointment postponed. I had ordered a dress they had on display with a bit of customized things, all minor things. And when I went to pick it up they had told me that I never included those customizations in the order. I had to bring up documents of the whole order because they didn't quite remember me saying anything about that. Obviously, any business would keep record of that but apparently they didn't. Fortunately I was able to add my customizations to my dress but the quality of it all was just quite bad. They also didn't have my order ready by the set date. I went home with half of my dress and was told that the rest would be shipped. I find this to be irresponsible on their side. This boutique really made finding a dress much more difficult than it should've been.

If i could id give them a zero.
I went with my daughter shopping for her quicenera dress. We were all excited she even had her friend with her. The worker who was there to assist her didn't greet us with a smile she was depressed looking and mad that she had to work. She didnt even speak at first. They have so many dresses as you can see and only let my daughter try on 2 dresses. These dresses cost over $800 And that's how they treat their costumers. My daughters friend even felt uncomfortable. The dresses they have you can find anywhere else esp online. Who ever owns this business needs to find friendly new workers who actually want to work not just stand around. I went else were and the other stores made us feel welcomed.
