I had to come and share my testimony because this is not paid or sponsored but it was a wonderful experience. I went a whole year having some personal issues with getting approved for another car. And I even second-guess myself going inside because I didn’t think that I would get approved. However I came in and spoke with Rachel and Wesley they made sure that I left with something and even stayed within my payment budget . From the insurance down to the car payment. I would recommend anyone considering a car no matter what your situation is to come in and ask for Rachel she was amazing and her team too. I’m blessed and grateful for them making it happen for me.
I am now pulling off the lot in a 2021 with little to no miles. This was magic and God. No cosigner just me and a great person helping. Stop in and try them you literally NEVER KNOW!

This is my 2nd purchase through Enterprise and I can't say enough great things about my experience! The website is easy to navigate and has all of the information needed on each vehicle to easily pick your new car! The car I wanted was brought to the Conshy lot the next day and I drove off in it 3 days later! Rachel is the BEST! I was in and out with all of my needs met. Shout out to Dan! Chávez ,Wesley, and the ginger hair Man was very nice looking professional most importantly knowledgeable and supportive during the Entire process. Just in case there is another ginger hair man I think his name wan Dan he started the process on Wesley’s day off and once I was approved Everybody mentioned made sure to keep my payments within my budget which was the most important task for me. And within 3 hours I now own a 2022 Chevy Malibu. Thank you guys for allowing me to be myself and not taking offense to my outrageous behavior. I had a lot of fun during the process and I hope everyone I told about my process comes to your exact location Ridge Pike / Conshohocken to get the experience I had.

Today I didn’t think I was going to drive away in a car. I thought I was just going up to the dealership with hopes and to be told “No” And go home. Rachael J. Was simply nothing less than AMAZING!!! She worked with her awesome team diligently and for hours to get me in a vehicle that I liked, I was comfortable in, and my payments were manageable! Zero stars! They’ll bait you in with false promises. I was fully prepared to pay cash for a vehicle that they sent to another dealer. They thought having a blue car same make would appease me. I’m not close by they 💯 wasted my time. Do not consider purchasing with them they’re awful. Thanks for wasting my time Sarah and Rachel!

It's been nothing but an inconvenience. I scheduled to see a particular car. I talked to the sales rep a few times and was never told the car was no longer there. I decided to look at other cars and bought a nissan altima. While completing the paperwork I noticed the vin number didn't match the number on the carfax that I was given and that I used to get the info from to insure the car. Come to find out they had 2 of the same cars, (but it had a different in mileage and price) and they used the vin number for the wrong vehicle. They suggested I look at the other car because the paper work was already done for that one. We test drove it and the breaks didn't seem good so I let them know I wanted the one I picked out originally. We had to wait about another hour for them to redo the paperwork and i had to resign. The check from my bank was also already filled out with the price from the wrong car. I was told by the sales person that it wouldn't be an issue. They would just reimburse the difference. My bank called today saying they have to void the check. I have go back to the bank to pick up a new check and then drive all the way back to enterprise to give them the new check.
