My car was being repaired at John Kennedy collision. They had a wonderful man, (I think his last name was Pascarella), drive me over to Enterprise. The car was immediately available. Sheree did all the paperwork. She showed me the features in the car.She even set up my phone! Wonderful service.

I've rented from this location several times, but this last visit is what led me to write a review. I had to pick up a car close to their closing time. I called ahead to let them know I was running a few minutes late and Jack was very friendly and stuck around after closing to make sure I had my rental for the following day.

Awful. This is my 4th time renting from Enterprise in the last 2 years (from several locations) and every time there was something wrong with the car. This most recent time the back tire had a leak. I called Enterprise for help and was told to "just put air in it." I did so almost every other day for the duration of my rental. I was essentially performing regular maintenance on a car that I did not own—It was a gigantic inconvenience. Upon telling the associate, I was just given a scribbled-on business card (unprofessional) offering me one car class upgrade on my next visit which is absolutely pointless because I will not ever be giving this company my business again.

On previous experiences (not just this location) I was given cars that had strong cigarette odors which gave me headaches, had warning alerts going off repeatedly every 2 minutes (they said the car was safe to drive—but it was certainly not pleasant to drive), and at one location got stuck with pricing that was absolutely outrageous compared to competitors.

At this location in particular I found the customer service to be especially terrible. The associates seemed careless and "just too busy" to help.

The only reason I came back to Enterprise this most recent time was because they play nice with my insurance company. Hertz is also an option and I will absolutely be switching next time.

Let's just say this location is always a problem. I was given a wet car with a black interior at night. My wife noticed a hairline crack in the windshield the next morning. I called Enterprise immediately to make them aware. I was told we are responsible for the windshield even though we only had the car for 20 hours and drove 14 miles.

Had to have service done at a local dealer and they sent us to Enterprise. The sales rep was super friendly and kind and efficient. Would recommend.

Car smelled like weed - had missing piece from door handle. Not sure how this was missed by the person responsible for cleaning the car or by the person who brought me the car. Didn't realize I was renting a "beater".

Ordered rental online & received a call almost immediately that the car requested was unavailable. Selected another vehicle and it was ready within 10 minutes. Awesome!!
