Awesome shop, excellent customer service! Matt and Jeff were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a bit of a custom job that they did for me on my bike and they went above and beyond what one could expect. I'll definitely go back to this store whenever I need something bike-related!

I find this shop super convenient in downtown Mill Valley and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Brought my Specialized CREO in there because it was in need of an overhaul, and I left with basically a new bike. They swapped out the chainring, chain, rotors, bled the hydraulic brake lines, re-did front brakes, re-did all the bar tape, new shifter cable, and stayed late thinking of how to make the bike perform better. The total price was quite reasonable considering all the work. The power transfer is immediate now, and the shifting is perfect. Now all we need is a rider in better shape!

Super friendly staff! Brought my kids trek in for a missing bolt on his gear shift (did not buy the bike here) expecting to have to leave it with them at least overnight. The two gentlemen working there dropped what they were doing, found the proper screw for the bike and had me on my way within 10 minutes…and at no charge. Big name bikes, small town feel to the shop. Thanks guys!

Very knowledgeable staff. Austin had a look over on my Trek Marlin 5 and suggested adjustments for a more comfortable ride. Austin was the best, if you need a new bike or you need your bike serviced, get with Austin. I highly recommend!

Scott was absolutely PHENOMENAL in helping me purchase my first road bike! I had no clue what I was doing and he took his time to help me with everything. Epicenter Bicycles is the best!

I’ve been floundering since we lost “A Bicycle Odyssey” and Tony in Sausalito. No longer!

If you’re looking to buy a bike, getting a tune up or repairs, I strongly recommend Epicenter.

Jeff, Matt, Scott and Austin, have been great to work with building out my bikes.
