love the products but the rudeness at the counter lack of customer service destroys my enthusiasm for coming in. How long are you going to talk to the lady who has already purchased and has everything in those disgusting plastic bags (which should be banned) while I stand waiting to be served. Not just a quick exchange, a very long dranwout conversation! A little just a little help with product info would go a long way in forging better relations with customers who aren't fluent in Russian too!

Had their freshly baked bread today and it was wonderful. Very fluffy, great chewy crust, good subtle flavor. The bulk candy was fun to shop from too. Good selection of kvass, which I had never tried before. I went today and already want to go back. ☺️

We love to shop here for unusual foods and treats that can’t be found at the grocery stores. Lots of different chocolates, bulk candies, sausages, teas, pickled vegetables, cookies, canned fish, fresh bread, frozen cakes and pelmini (dumplings), etc. We love the fresh beef and cheese piroshkis, warmed up. The employees are always friendly.

Nice to have a local Central/East European deli. The pastries are great and a nice alternative to a fried donut. Potato salad was good and there is a great selection of meats, cheeses, teas, jams, and German & Russian mustards.

You guys are losing a lot of business just because you close so early, 7pm during week days and Saturday at 6 pm, most ppl cant make it on the way from work, and I won't even say anything about Sunday, I lived in the lower 48 and Russians stores close at 9 or 10 pm

Great service. Love to come here to find practically everything I wanted. If not in stock in the Wasilla store, they always bring needed items from Anchorage. Girl who works there is amazing and always kind and polite.
