I have ordered several products from Everything Etched, and they have done a wonderful job. I had coffee mugs designed with my own design that was easy to upload as well as whiskey glasses designed using their tools. Everything came out perfect. Highly recommend them. Not to mention I have spoken with some staff and they are very friendly and helpful.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.

I ordered a gift for my friend’s wedding and paid extra for expedited processing, which, according to the website, should prioritize the order. However, I waited more than a week for the item to be handed over to the delivery service, and as a result, the gift will not arrive on time.

The communication was also terrible. I wrote several times asking when the item would be shipped and even requested a refund for the expedited service fee. No one gave me a clear answer, and the money was never refunded. To make matters worse, I was misled—they claimed the item had been shipped, but in reality, it was sent out two days later.

I wasted $100 for nothing and was left with a highly unpleasant experience.

Wow... Tyler at Everything Etched just saved my bacon. I ordered a customized pitcher for my brother's Aggie ring dunk at the very last second. Literally less than a week to go. And it just showed up on my doorstep this morning with several days to spare. I can't believe how perfect it turned out. Everything from the quality of the pitcher itself, to the quality of the etching, to the way it was packaged could not have been better. And I'm shocked at how quickly he got it done. I will definitely order from Everything Etched again in the future. Thanks Tyler!

I had them do a wine glass holders, and a picture frame with their hearts with GPS of where my mom and her now husband met, engaged and married turned out amazing. They loved it and so did everyone who saw it for their wedding gift. Thank you all keep up the good work. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Update, my second experience with them for a Valentines day present to my girlfriend and as they had done previously quality work and great help from designers! Still a 5* and thanks yet again! Pictures below is of my most recent, I will post previous ones soon.

We were really happy with the awesome service we received from Everything Etched. Tyler was super accommodating and fast as getting back to us and ensuring the glasses reached us on time before our departure to South Africa. The quality of the glass is horrible. I have been trying to get Everything Etched to redo the decanters with flawless glass like their description states and they refuse. I have sent three sets of photos showing the bad quality. Glass has bubbles in it, and the defects on the surface makes it mostly illegible. Also, the stopper is made of plastic, not solid glass as they claim. The description stated they have flawless glass. It's far from that. These are high priced, low quality knockoffs, use another vendor!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased custom wine glasses that looked great in the photo. I was very displeased when they arrived. One glass was broken from the stem (clear sign of poor quality glasses). Also the lettering looked cheap and not well done at all. I requested a refund to which the seller said he would send me a new pair, however the event that I need them for is in 4 days which I know I wouldn't get them in time. I denied the new pair as it was too late and requested a refund. The seller said they are non-refundable which I understand, but I never would've needed a new pair if the original pair didn't come in broken and in the poorest quality. I get it if I was just being picky and wanted a refund, but they came broken and unfortunately it is just too late for a new pair. Very unsatisfied with their customer service and ability to make it right. Absolutely will not be purchasing again due to the poor quality and poor resolution.
