This shop is just absolutely amazing. The owners are wonderful and put a lot of thought and working into their bouquets. We have had the pleasure to order a few different arrangements. They were extremely patient with my husband when he came to buy my flowers and didn't know exactly what he was looking for. On Valentines Day, he came in without preordering, and they made him one on the spot. They are not like other places with an open display to grab and go they custom make everything. On my last trip, the owner even carried my order out to my car. The flowers even lasted over a week, which never happens from the big box places. I would recommend this family business to anyone for any event. They are so professional and just a pleasure to do business with.

I need to share this and acknowledge how wonderfully I have been treated. Came in to get flowers for my mom, who's really ill. She loved the arrangement and I thought that it was a very pretty arrangement. I had challenge with the flowers, could of just been me putting them in the wrong place. But Ricco the owner was so wonderful and understanding. He was so quick in his response and so willing to make it right for me. And I have to say that many business owners anymore aren't up to this standard of customer service. The offer to make me happy, I didn't even ask for, nor expect. What a wonderful surprise the whole experience has been. Thank you so very much.

So disappointed!!! When they say they make substitutions they definitely do. The picture of the flowers I picked for my sisters birthday look nothing like the ones she received. They substituted everything except a few sunflowers. It is a completely different arrangement. I would never have purchased or chose the flowers that my sister received. The bottom image is what I selected and the top image is what my sister received. I am so disappointed I want to cry! I will never buy from here again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Not what I ordered and not worth the price. All the substitutions were for cheaper flowers. Terrible!!

Walked in and got a beautiful arrangement for a friend, they made on the spot. They’re great people and I had a great conversation with them! They also have amazing candles! He gave my daughter a beautiful one. Great customer service! I recommend anyone to stop by!

My girlfriend from N.H. ordered a plant for my birthday. I received the plant, no soil, all dusty & edges of the leaves burnt. The no soil type is not what she ordered. Her florist contacted this florist & they never called me or try to make this right. Never heard a thing. So very disappointed. 🙁
