I have been using this hotel over 7 years, when travel to Bay Area for business.
Spacious suite, fully equipped kitchen. Very comfy mattress, housekeeping is very great as well.
On top of their great quality free breakfast , there are great food options near by, it is close to highway 101, and very peaceful neighborhood if you need to concentrate or work.
Staff including management are very knowledgeable and friendly, easy to communicate, and Narineh and her team will take care of your need or problem right away.
Will recommend this Hotel.

They room keys continued to stop working. Every time I asked the from desk lady to fix it, she gave me attitude and acted like it was my fault for the keys to stop working. I asked her what I could be doing to cause this and she said I must be stupid for asking. This was the best extended stay I have ever stayed it as far as cleanliness and room quality and the rest of the staff was fantastic. It the manager was awful and seriously needs a lesson in customer service. I’ve worked in customer service, sales, and recruiting for over 20 years and I can say without a doubt I would recommend every employee here with the exception of her.

Positive: Nice bed, kitchen and all the hot water for a shower you could ever want. Negative: Laundry room machines not the best. Dryers didn't dry clothes, asked for a credit or refund but got denied because they're owned by another party. Also hotel says 'pet friendly' but charges an additional $25 + $10 daily cleaning fee. A deposit is better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Front desk receptionist Miriam was super welcoming and had amazing recommendations for places to eat in town. As for housekeeping the person that cleaned my room was Teo and she was super sweet. She left my room clean and stocked it with plenty of towels before I requested more. If you need anything there is plenty of stores within walking distance.

We have been staying here for a month now. They have cleaned our room once. They claim to clean it twice a week but that is false. We literally had to ask the cleaning lady as she was walking past our room again to clean up some. I called to the front desk to ask about cleaning schedule and they just say twice a week, and that empty rooms are more important than extended stays. So basically if they dont want to clean they won't which is how its been. If we werent paying 3200 a month to live here with the promise of these amenities it wouldn't be a big deal. Don't say this is what we do if you aren't going to do it. The facility at large never gets cleaned either, the halls and floors were filthy when we got here and havent been touched since so you can just imagine how bad they are now. You have to go and ask for bedding and towels. Towels are rationed to two days worth at a time. So you have to ask for towels every other day. There is dog shit all over the sidewalks and they do nothing about it. I get its not their responsibility to clean up after others pets but at least male it seem like you care what the guest think. Don't forget about not having hot water for almost 24 hours. The hot water went out in the evening and since the maintenance man goes home at 5pm and gets to work at 8am and it took him all day to fix it we had cold showers, and no hot water to wash dishes or our hands properly. Nice to have cold showers when its cold outside amd your girlfriend has Renaults and she cant get to cold. Makes for a miserable night for her due to the pain and everyone else who has to see her go through it. Definitely don't stay here if you are auto immune like my girlfriend. They could care less how filthy this place is, including the main areas. Definitely going to move out as soon as possible, go love some where else for the next 5 .months while she finishes her nursing contract at the Hospital.

When we entered our room, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of dog urine. It smelled like a dog kennel. I immediately when downstairs to request another room. I was told that they were overbooked and did not have another room available and would gladly discount the rate on the room. I told them I could not stay in the room as the smell was too overwhelming. They refunded my money. Great, but now left me without a place to stay.

Wow what can I say right when I walked in I was greeted with kind faces and smiles by the front desk receptionist named Miriam and Kimberly they ensured that everything was going smoothly through my check in and very helpful overall! I would definitely recommend and the rooms were nice and clean the housekeeper Teo is so kind and hard working lady that ensures your room is super clean.

They gave away my king room without telling me until the day of. Then they tried to charge me the king room price for a queen room. The rollaway bed they gave feels like it was designed by a psyop intelligence extractor. They charge for wifi. The kitchens are not stocked and you have to ask for utensils and shampoo. The windows only open an inch.
