On this day, 28 July 2024 at 2pm there are 5 E-Z trip employees, one young girl working 1 out of 3 registers while the other 4 practically ignore the long line of guests that desire to purchase goods/services from this gas station. Whoever the manager is that trained this staff to treat the paying guest as secondary, needs either serious retraining or chastisement. I thanked the ONLY employee out of 5 employees behind the register for attending to the long line!

Every time I come to this location, Madera California at night anytime the employee is on a break. They don’t even put signs at what time they’re gonna be back, but it doesn’t help us with gas knowing that is Cheaper to pay with cash This happened on 10/5/2024 10/052024

They may have ok prices but they rip you off your gas money when THEY put in the wrong pump number in the machine I get it we are all human and make mistakes but why should we have to pay for them it's bullshit we work hard for our money too very disappointed
