I have visited this store on more than one occasion and been greeted with poor customer service. I would definitely say that some of the employees are selective with whom they deliver customer service to. There are two woman in particular that I avoid, one with glasses who has been extremely unpleasant more than once. When I walked up to the register to make my purchase, I greeted the woman and she said nothing so I did again and then she finally let out a dry reply. I can tell from her demeanor that she is NOT interested in assisting with my purchase. She proceeded to hand me my change and I thanked her, however, again she said nothing. Not even a ‘have a good day”.

While I first walked into the store, she was engaged in a very lively conversation with someone else so it was very obvious noticing the difference in how she treated me and that other individual. I let her know that her service was poor and she was very defensive.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN despite its convenient location. I would rather spend my money where it and me are treated fairly. Sadly enough, I would not recommend any one of color visiting this store if quality customer service is also a standard.

Such a beautiful store to have in our neighborhood. Very clean, fully stocked, and so many things to choose from. The staff is amazing especially Lauren and Roberta. Service with a smile. I encourage everyone to try to shop at this store, you won't be disappointed.

Racial profiling at its finest! I stopped in for help & was treated so poorly smh! I work in their building as a nurse & will never return! ***BEWARE***
