I have bought 2 kubota zero turns , a trailer, a kubota tractor , and a land pride finish mower from here. Nothing beats their customer service. Today I called with an issue and none other than Tommy Fallin took my call. Then he texted me a part diagram and talked me through the fix. What other company does that? I could not recommend this place enough. Each time they have worked on my stuff the turn around is quick and the prices are fair. Customer for life!!

I bought a L4701 HST 6/ 22/ 19, I enjoyed dealing with the people. They went above and beyond, what I was expecting from a dealership. I will do business with this company again and will send people i know over to this company. I traveled from Texarkana to buy from this company. I have a local dealership in town Fallin beat their price by a very large amount. The best thing is it is a family ran business.

Bought a new 2014 Polaris Sportsman 570. Took ATV class and tried to redeem Polaris certificate from class at dealership. Would not honor certificate and argued with me as well as Polaris. After 3 separate phone calls to Polaris customer service, and 2 trips to dealership, they grudgingly honored it. Was told multiple times by owner that he was only concerned with getting his money. Also took ATV in for noise in engine/clutch while still under warranty. Was told nothing wrong and noise was normal. Ended up having to replace clutch parts (causing noise) after warranty had expired, at another dealer. Would NOT recommend them. No concern for customer after the sale! Buy elsewhere if you want any customer service!

Tommy is great to deal with. I work out of town so I communicated everything that I was looking for through messenger and was given options and prices. Did the credit application online and about 1 to 2 weeks later I was headed home. I called Tommy and he said he would have everything ready for me when I got there. When arriving we were probably there a total of 45 minutes. During the 45 minutes he gave us a detailed overview of the kubota zero turn mower and all its features. After knowing that I was good with it we went to sign paperwork. Tommy had the paperwork ready to go. He went over it throughly with me. I signed it and then they got it all loaded up. You cant go wrong with Fallin Tractor. Tommy and his staff are excellent.

Great products and great service work, if I could afford it, I would buys 1 of everything!
Especially one of their zero turn mowers!

They are notoriously shady and underhanded. Ask around town. Everyone knows what Fallins are like. Buyer beware.

Talked to Shaun about a tractor package deal , he did exactly what he said he was going to do . Grounded with integrity . Nice guy . Do your Kubota business with him . You won't regret it .
