Very nice items, great service I was struggling with Finances in 2014 I was able to have a great Christmas for my family not all the items are used they also provide brand items and new items at yard sale prices it was the best Christmas ever. I've read all these reviews I think the person who thought the manager didn't believe her, misunderstood her good intentions she wanted you to know that that's the first time that it ever happened and she wanted you to know she believed you and that's why she gave u the refund and think u misunderstood her good intentions

I just had a very negative experience with the manager of the store. I was in the store yesterday and made a purchase. Unfortunately when I got home and looked over my bill I realized I was overcharged. I immediately called the store and told them what happened. The volunteer said she would be able to correct the mistake. I live 5 minutes from the store and until I got there they had locked the door. The lights were on so I knocked on the door but nobody answered. I called the store and now they didn't answer the phone. So today I called the store and explained the situation and was told to come in and that the manager was aware of my problem. When I arrived at the store and the manager immediately informed me that this has never ever happened before and that she would refund my overcharge just this once. So basically she called me a liar in front a store full of customers and then proceeded to calculate the refund amount. This was such a negative experience that It will be a very long time before I return. I'd really like for this information to be given to her boss so she could be held accountable for her less than professional customer service.

This non profit organization, with their all volunteer staff, have been providing good quality clothing & housewares to our community for years at yard sale prices or below.

I go to the antique store all the time. I had no idea this cute little thrift store was right next to it. I got a bunch of cute baby clothes for only $1 each.
