Horrible place, the check in guard shack lady was friendly, and the forklift driver that reached out to the manager, who rudely responded to him to make me wait, was very nice! Other than that this place is a mess, trailers all over the place! And to the lady manager and another lady that came out of the office to use the restroom, and couldn't even do so much as acknowledge that I was there, you oughtta learn to respect other peoples time! Maybe put a sign on the window that says you are in a meeting, some sort of customer service would be nice! I would give you guys negative 5 stars if I could.

Nice place. Check in with security first. Then get the dock. Drop paperwork in office. In and out around an hour. Great service in here! Thank you.

I can only speak for myself, but out of hundreds of different delivery locations, this place is definitely the best experience I've had.
1. Very friendly guards (morning crew).
2. Smooth check in.
3. Received 5 hours ahead of scheduled appointment.
4. Unloaded and green lighted within an hour.
5. And then back to the office ( guard shack in some cases) for documents and out.
***Entrance is on N. Mike Daley Rd. and NOT "Interchange".
***Plenty of street parking and a dirt lot for overnight parking.

The guys here are very friendly. If you arrive during working hours, just queue up at the interchange DR. The place is quite crowded. Observe your dock number. If it is on the left side of the gate, it is recommended that you turn right after entering the gate and then reverse. The office is located at the south end of the building. There is no need to disconnect turck head for liveload. When the green light comes on, go back to the office to get the documents. You can park overnight at the interchange DR and the N Mike Daley DR at the door~ But there is no 4G network~😅

Checked in one hour early.
Pull up to guard shack. They check you in and give you a door assignment. I pulled to the right and backed down to my door, safer than trying to go blindsided or try a U-turn (very tight and Warner Bobtails parked on the sides). Open doors, hit the dock. Office is at the end of the building. Vending and bathroom available. Parking is available on the street. Full load, 29 pallets, took about 45 min to be done.
Guards and receiving were friendly, professional and didn't waste any time.

Not a bad facility my appt was for 11am i checked in at 6am and was out by 7:30am. 6am is when they start receiving, there is some parking on the street for overnight

Very tiny lot. You need to make damn sure you get to set up correct for backing as there's no room to actually spin around or correct it if you don't get it in right the first try. There's trucks and trailers parked everywhere outside making entry and exit into the facility not very fun.

First it’s parking on the street around the place. Checked in at 3:30 for a 4pm appointment. Waiting till 4:30 to get a door (shift changes). 2nd it’s tight not really no turn around space. But the big plus is they are fast unloading 1hr unloading At the most
