It was a breath of fresh air to have a doctors office playing christian music, and everyone being really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Was told that they have to play the music super loud so patients can’t hear what’s going on in the next room. They need to find a better way to be HIPAA compliant than blasting country music. Also waited over an hour when I was the first person to there. Least urgent care. Only giving two stars because the receptionist was nice.

My experience and Family First Urgent Care in Kimberly ,Al. was Top Notch! The “FFUC team”from the recipients to the NP’s were very helpful , comforting and quick to assess and treat me . All with respect and a smile. 😊 I will definitely be a returning patient and will be referring others as well.

I had a sinus infection the weekend before Christmas and needed medical care. It’s the middle of flu season and all urgent cares were packed. My daughter-in-law told me about Family First. The staff was so caring, friendly and efficient. Jewel Kirk, NP was awesome. She gave me the medications I needed but gave me other tips to help me. I definitely recommend them and will use them again myself.

Very clean facility!! Great office staff, nurse and doctor! Absolutely satisfied with all services! Better than any urgent care or family care we’ve ever been. They took their time and made sure everything was great! Also, I don’t think I’ve ever seen doctors like this go above and beyond their call. Will definitely go back
