Came in tonight to look for some shoes for a graduation and first time coming to this location. I was side track just looking around when I found myself being watched down every aisle by a young skinny girl with long hair . I was never asked once if I needed help or acknowledged. Another older lady working the floor was too busy talking about other co workers schedules instead asking if I needed help as I walked past her. Service is very poor here.

Jennafer and Cyrus help us and they were amazing. I’ve bought 2 pair of crocs for my self and my wife from them and they are just amazing to work with. Jennafer went above and beyond for me with the return, with getting the right pair when I got the wrong size for my wife. The whole staff there is overly welcoming and makes it a pleasure to shop there. I plan on getting the whole family matching pairs of crocs just because the atmosphere in there. Jennafer and Cyrus if you get a chance to see this… I hope how you went above and beyond for us some gets a chance to pay it forward to you both!!!!!! 10 out of 10

Nice & friendly service upon walking into the store, greated & shown some ideas on what we were looking for. There was no further push for different or other 👟 sales but there was a later check in to see how we were doing 👍. Again no pressure on sales, which personally was refreshing. We continued to try on 👟shoes found some that fit. Got the up sale of socks at the register based on a sale they were having. Had a different employee chk us out who was just as friendly & informed us about the sizing of there shoes (carrying up to size 13 on most brands) which was good to know. 🤑 We will be back based on the brands & sizes they carry.

the worst place to order shoes not in stock! shoes were delivered to their store AND THEY LOST THEM! i called customer they said they would investigate. waited 4 days, i didn't hear back from them so i called the store again, i was told my refund was in the mail, they found my shoes and if i wanted, i could go back to the store and repurchase them. i told them i did not want to pay twice for the same pair of shoes, so i would wait to receive my refund. i called customer service to find out when my refund was issued. i was told they have not processed a refund and don't know what is going on! VERY POOR SERVICE! I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD WHILE THEY REVIEW NOTES!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY BODY ORDER SHOES FROM THIS PLACE, IF THEY DON'T HAVE THEM IN STOCK, GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!

The lady that works in the morning is HORRIBLE! supposedly they open at 10 I've been waiting 10 mins for the store to open, i decided to call and she said she will open when she was done doing what ever she was doing. I just left i have no time to wait and they should respect the opening time. Waist of time seriously.

My fiancee bought me shoes from here yesterday when i got home i looked at the shoes and noticed they were to different sizes my fiancee tried to exchange the shoes but they didn't have anymore of the size 11 in stock they need to do a better job in making sure that there shoes match before they put them on the shelf.
