I've been to this store, and the owner just stares at you. It's creepy and weird. One time, I kept walking around because I was trying to look for a specific type of jeans and shirts. The owner asked me what I'm looking for, and I basically told him that he didn't have the jeans I was looking for then told me to go find a different store and bye-bye.

Definitely not coming back he has attitude for no reason.

Im too grown to feel so disgusted after this shopping experience! During my visit to this store, I did my best to follow all of the rules and be transparent in my actions, but I felt like I was being watched and treated as if I was doing something wrong automatically. After trying some clothes on in this Very hot dressing room, I left the ones I didn't want in the dressing as instructed, brought the ones I did want to the counter with the hanger off and the owner asked me where the other pants were from the empty hanger and asked if he can check my small purse to see if they were in there. (Keep on mind I'm a plus size girl so no way some plus size jeans would fit in this small purse) I was so shocked I failed to realize the empty hanger belonged to the pants on the counter I was buying. This made me so uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of my young daughter, and it gave me the impression that I wasn't being trusted for no reason. I understand you may have policies in place, but I would appreciate being treated fairly and respectfully as a customer. Never shopping here again ..wish I read the reviews first...

I had the worst experience shopping ever at this store. I wanted to get my petite 85 year old mother some cute clothes. So, we got clothes to try, followed all rules, and had her trying clothes, no more than allowed at a time. She saw maybe one or two she liked. He kept looking our way very disgusted. We were going to get a few more to try, but he said, "No try no more. Goodby" He wanted us out of the store, and kept saying goodby. Of course, we decided to not buy anything and to not ever go there again. He is a creepy owner or associate, very discriminatory, and very suspicious of everyone, even though we were transparent and honest. I had brought one of my Mother's blazers and let him know we were trying to find matching clothes. I will never go there again and do not recommend the store to anyone. If there was a zero rating, I would rate at zero. Terrible exoerience at a zero customer service discriminatory place that should not be in business.

I used to shop here all the time. When I was skinner I never had a problem and could try on anything I wanted. I have gained a little weight since and went in to shop. When I was 20lbs lighter it was okay for me to try on items but today the lady said I can't try on a shirt because I will stretch it out when it was my size. So only skinny people can try on clothes here I guess.

If I could give a 0 star, I definitely would! This was our first time there with my teen daughter. She was trying on pants and and she liked some of the guy's jeans, and I grabbed 2 sizes and some sweats, which she tried on first. She didn't like any, so we left them in the fitting room like the owner asked. We grabbed 2 other sizes and she tried them on and she didn't like how they fit, I held onto a 3rd size just incase she had to go a size up but she decided she didn't like them so as she changed I put the third pants size in my hand back on the rack. Mind u, she didn't try the one I had in my hand on, and she left the only 2 she did in the fitting room like the guy had asked. I grabbed some pants in the women section that were a bit stretchy as she was walking towards me and I said u should try these on and the guy started telling me that she can't try them on because I put the pants back on the rack after he said to leave them on the fitting room. I told him that she did, and she tried on 2 pants, and they were in the fitting room. He said no, u had pants, and you put them back, I said yes, I did because she didn't want to try them anymore. He continued to say no try no more try. I said, that's fine and I placed the 1 lip liner that my daughter wanted back, and we walked out. He was so disrespectful and extremely rude. It's bad enough that teen girls feel some type of way when trying on clothes as they get older and have their own style. We don't need ignorant people making them feel worse or like some type of thief! We will never set foot in that store ever again! Do not waste ur time and money here. They have absolutely no respect or manners.

I’ve been a regular at this store for almost a year now. They had cute jewelry and lipgloss and I loved getting accessories for birthday gifts here so I would spend a lot and enjoyed going. The owner has always been overbearing and uncomfortable acting like you’re going to steal but after spending 50+$ every time I come and never stealing I thought I had some trust built. I was buying some socks and some sunglasses. My friend was trying on tops and wanted a different size so I walked 2 ft from the dressing room and grabbed her size. A few minutes went by and he said “ WHERE ARE THE SUNGLASSES” in confusion I looked in my hand and they weren’t on top of the socks. Knowing I wasn’t trying to take them I said they must have fell and as I said this there they were on the floor next to where I had grabbed her shirt from. I said oh here they are and he screamed at me to leave. In shock I said “ you know me I come here all the time I obviously wasn’t trying to take them they fell out of my hands?” He continued to record me and say to never come back. I was so confused and it sucked to get accused of that when I come regularly and would never try stealing anything. Especially over something like 4$ sunglasses when I’ve spent 10x that every time I’ve shopped here.I was taken a back and will gladly not be returning. If I could give any advice it would be that the cheap earrings or makeup is not worth being treated like a thief with no proof . This man very obviously has issues and it makes the overall experience super uncomfortable. Although I’ve worked in customer service for 5+ years and I know how people steal so I get the caution, but this interaction was out of anger and just extremely unprofessional as someone who has given this place 400+ dollars of my money over the last 6 months.
