Customer service was amazing when we came in 20 minutes before closing for walk in rentals for three. The guys took the time to really understand our abilities and made sure we were all dialed in.

Thank you so much for your honest appraisal of needs for the skis, your fabulous tuneup and reasonable price. After the tuneups our skiing was much smoother and more stable. We were the ski instructors from Perfect North Slopes and we will recommend your shop for tuneups for sure.

Fast Ski is the best ski shop. Everyone who works there are incredibly nice and true experts, especially the owner. He is really cares and goes the extra mile. The tune on our skis are always awesome - you actually notice it.

I had the best experience ever in this ski rental shop. The staff were so knowleadgable, friendly, welcoming and careful. They took the time to ask all the needed questions to ensure my gear was fitting perfectly. The result was probably the best skiing day of my life so far. Great shop! I am pretty new to skiing and Matt and his staff were super helpful and spent quite a bit of time educating me on what to look for in gear. Previous shops had been less than interested, to say the least. I think he made great, honest recommendations and I didn't feel like I was being advised on things I didn't need. Go here, they're awesome.

We went to this store to buy skiing goggles. Unfortunately for us, the personnel did not warn us that the goggles are held by magnets. First time on the slopes, the glass fell off from the ski lift... when we tried to replace the glass, since it wasn’t our mistake completely, the employee told us that we cannot return a used product! Even though after a lot of time spend to find the glass, our search was successful, we still have bitter feelings towards this store.
