Amazing!

My sister and I are very happy with our first trip. We had a physical coupon and weren't sure how we'd input it into the machine, but we're thankful that they had a separate lane with an actual worker to assist us. We handed it to him, he scanned it, and we were allowed access in. Everything went really well and it cleaned nearly all the stains on our car!

- Silver Wash: 8/10 - triple foam wash was my favorite part

Compared to the other companies, their prices are very affordable. We also really like how their memberships allow for multi-cars and not just a single car. The workers are very nice and helpful which made our experience that much smoother. The vacuum was strong and the location of the place is actually very convenient.

We'll definitely become a member soon!

I wish that this wash didn’t scratch my car, but it did. I loved it there, they had great customer service but it not worth the scratches.

Went here for the first time Sunday 8/27 - paid for the Platinum wash. After getting home I noticed a pink purple stain on my white car. Tried washing it off more and buffing, it out it’s not coming off. I shouldn’t have to spend more time washing and cleaning my car when i get home after doing it at Fast5. Whatever cheap soap they use has now stained my car. Still hoping this will come off.

There should also be a wax coating in the platinum option, but to the touch it is very apparent there is no wax coating. The car should feel slick, it does not. I’ve used plenty of car washes to know when there is wax or not.

Will be going back to ask for a refund and a solution to the stain on my car. Waste of time and money.

Yesterday, Nathan and his team (afternoon shift) demonstrated outstanding customer service. When a small incident caused a delay in the car wash, they immediately took action. They not only informed everyone about the situation but also worked diligently to get things back on track and the cars moving. To further impress, Nathan personally apologized to customers who were inconvenienced. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Good car wash definitely get the top tier monthly plans included the rag roll dry at end of wash ! Only draw back is sometimes the air is out at hoses and no complimentary dry rags after wash !

I’m an Uber driver. I’ve had my membership of $29 for almost 4 years. Definitely I get lots of value from washing my car almost every other day. My car comes out of the tunnel almost dry which saves me time. Only thing I don't like is that you have to bring your own towel or purchase it.
