The whole shopping experience was exceptional! I was searching for a specific bag as a gift for a co-worker and called the store to ensure that the color I was looking for was available. Over the phone customer service was excellent and they let me know all the colors in stock. When I went to pick up the bag their staff let me know that if my coworker wanted a different color she could bring it back in and request a specific order through the store.
