Let me tell you guys to please ignore every negative comment about this boutique because it’s a lie! Number 1 the quality of the clothing is top notch. Customer service is amazing,shipping is faster than road runner lol i orderd one day in the morning got it literally the next day. This is my new favorite store I think my entire wardrobe is starting to be Femi. I only been a customer for less than two months and no boutique is topping them I’m telling you you want be disappointed. I even was skeptical about buying shoes from on line amazing quality I hope they don’t ever change.

I found this store via Instagram and I ordered 7 items on my first order. They arrived way quicker than expected and all of the items are super cute and of good quality in person. I signed up for the subscription so I get alerts when new arrivals come and when there are sales going on. I have to physically stop myself from ordering clothes from here each week lol. I honestly don’t know why there are so many negative reviews because I had a really great shopping experience compared to other boutiques that I’ve ordered from.

I recently purchased from this online boutique for the first time and I was not disappointed. Every piece I ordered was a hit. It’s as if it was tailored made for my curves! For reference I’m 5’9 and measurements in inches are 39 29 43 and ordered Mediums jumpsuits and dress.

Ordered items for my wife and they came extremely quick. The quality was nice as well. One item didn’t fit and the store issued store credit once they received the item back. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Much better experience than other boutiques we’ve supported.

I’m not sure why this boutique has so many negative reviews. Idk if the experience is different when trying yo pick things up in person but I found this boutique on IG and I love her pieces! I’m located in Dallas, TX and the shipping is always fast! Every time that I’ve ordered something it comes within 5-7 days. I love being able to support black owned businesses and I will continue to do so! Keep the cute items coming 💕💕

Happened to see her page because of IG. I emailed the owner asking about a pair of boots I needed for Saturday! My brother ordered them Thursday for me and they arrived today (Saturday) as I'm getting dressed to head out. Loving my boots, owner was professional, kind and responded promptly. Aaaaand shipping was super fast. I'll be ordering the other two colors very soon. Now let me log off so I can put my boots on 😌

Wow I can’t believe I have to write this about a black business. Especially one that seems to have really cute clothes. I ordered two garments for pickup last week I dm’d her page to let her know that I was going to pick up Saturday I received no response. I showed up Saturday to see the store was closed so I checked her story and she posted that her store was closed due to plumbing and to email her for pickup inquiries (this is also after the fact that she sent an email confirmation last week to say my pickup was ready). Despite my frustration I emailed her, called her, and even commented under a picture to attempt to pickup the clothes before my trip tomorrow (Tuesday) and received no response but she’s constantly posting on her story and promoting more of her pieces. I called my bank and disputed the transaction since it seems like I won’t be receiving a response. It’s officially been 7 days with no response or acknowledgment of when I’ll receive anything or a refund. I also feel it’s unprofessional to email me a confirmation but can’t email me that the store is closed, what if I didn’t have social media? How would I know? Just horrible all around.
