First off I'm a 63 yr old male that hasn't been on a bike for 27 years, just had a hip replacement and ended up buying a box store cheap bike just to see if I feel this something I can do.
I explained this to them and they didn't make me feel funny at all.
I needed a few things helmet, riding accessories.
They were great people and understanding..super friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.
Walked out very pleased and they will be my go to place from now on...my next bike will be from them and wish I would gone there in the first place....Highly recommend this place...top notch

Highly recommend Fetty's Cycle. I called around to a bunch of shops in the NEPA region trying to find a MTB with an XL frame. Andrew called me back promptly and was able to get a bike for me within my budget (and even tempted me with a really good price on a full suspension bike). Great to work with and very communicative.

Update September, 2024: Again, highly recommended. My 17 year old road bike was at its end of life and Andrew worked with me to determine the best gravel bike to get for my specific riding needs and within my budget. Absolutely great to work with!

Fetty’s is an exceptional bicycle shop. I have a custom cycle that needed work prior to a race. Fetty’s took great care of it to get me ready for my race. He is extremely fair with his pricing and I would go as far as to say he is the most knowledgeable bicycle professional in and around the Poconos Region. 10/10 for service and customer satisfaction. I will be returning for all of my cycle needs.

This place is AWESOME! Called in looked for a replacement plastic for my GasGas Moto 1 E-Bike and Fetty hit it out of the park! I told him exactly what I was looking for and he handled the rest! He got I touch with GasGas for me and had the part shipped out to him within a week! Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for parts or a new bike overall! If you are in the market for a new E-Bike they have the GasGas Moto 2 in stock!

Andrew is amazing! Great inventory. I got two mountain bikes from there in my price range that I wanted. Came back from a bike trail today and everything is great. He listen,delivers, and teach you what you need to know ! He Had my seat and gears fitted to fit me well . highly professional and knowledgeable it's been a pleasure doing business with you!
