I don’t drink so I was clueless in the store. On this very busy pre-holiday visit, I told a staff what ‘flavors’ and what I was going to serve and they were very patient and knowledgeable and offered many selections. I’m confident my guests will be happy with what I chose. If not, I’ll blame the store 😆

I walked in with a picture on my phone of the wine that I was looking for and the manager left his register and helped me find exactly what I was looking for... even searched for more in the back room. What a considerate thing to do! There's your job and then there's going above and beyond. A very happy customer!

Fine Wine and Spirts eliminated curbside pickup for the handicapped. Have been going to Giant Eagle and other places that are handicapped accessible.

Friendly staff, great location. Often carded, treated like I’m doing something wrong, and looked at as if I’m a child. But I can buy my booze and gross snack food in the same plaza. Those two things coexist, don’t they? Gotta love killing two birds with one stone. (I should add that there’s a Taco Bell one parking lot over — and if that’s not the world’s best drunk food, I don’t know what is...)

Usually able to get in & out pretty quick & their selection is great. Unfortunately only a few of their employees are friendly, most give off the impression that they'd rather not be there...hence only a 3 star rating.
