I got the shoes I wanted, but the front desk person was very rude. First, when we touched the shoes to check the size (since he just closed the box without checking), he told us, “What are you doing? Why are you touching this box? This is MY job, not yours.” That’s true, but he was unnecessarily rude about it. Then during payment, I selected email option, and he waited for a good minute, and instead of asking for email nicely, he put on a straight face and said, “You gotta tell me your email to do this.” The whole time, it was like he had some kind of beef with us.

It was so unnecessary. He acted like he was doing us a favor. We were there to BUY, not get free goods. He didn’t care about customer service at all, and he ruined the experience for me. It was by far the worst experience at a store. I will never be going there again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The guy on shift tonight has an awful attitude. No smiles, no help offered. Seemed bothered when asked for a size. And was irritated when I decided against a shoe. Do not recommend. Finish Line- get happy people.

The employees are bad at their work, you ask for shoes sizes and they make faces. Like why are you guys working on costumer service and being rude. Their actitude it’s so bad, they make me don’t want to buy nothing

0 star here, the lady has a very poor attitude and did nothing in the store. During checkout, she skipped the rating, when I asked why, she just said it doesn’t matter, the rating did nothing

When Nike and Footlocker let you down, go to the Finish Line!! They have Air Jordans here. Multiple colors and sizes. Todd helped me today and I got my first pair. Todd was super cool and attentive. I was here on a busy Saturday but he still took care of me. I was able to try on multiple sizes and shoes to find the ones that fit in the color I loved. Thanks again Todd!!

Terrible attitude
1. Only allow you to try one foot
2. Ask you not to walk around otherwise they can't sell the shoes, doubt me can't afford it or sth?
3. Disrespect you
Buy shoes in other stores or in other shopping mall. Worst store I've ever visited.

I was shopping around for a gift and when I approached the register 3 employees were standing there, one employee nodded her head like what’s up (after she was done yawning) and I asked for a size which she helped me and checked it which they didn’t have the size but that was the extent of her help. I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years and this store just didn’t have that.
