Great place to take your car to get tires and any mechanical need with your car. I been coming to this location for years now everyone who works here is very knowledgeable kind respectful workers not looking to add something to your service if not needed. Big shout out to Andrew, Melinda, and darrence I have the opportunity to work with both these three workers and they provide superb customer service

My appointment was 12 o'clock and checked in right on time . After 2.5 hrs of waiting, I checked on them if my car is done . They told me they haven't even started yet and said that there is only one tech is working today . Couldn't they tell me when I checked in ? Nope. They don't even bother to tell me that , and they said no guarantee that my care gets done today . So I just left without anything done. Totally wasted my time and most annoying part is they don't even care. When I told them I can't wait anymore they were like ok !

Never gone back again. They probably don't care any of that anyway . No professional service.

I purchased 4 new tires about 3 weeks ago, the tires looks and feels good, but just recently one of the tire on my car suddenly flew off my car, I was lucky that I was only driving local and not on the freeway, it seems (in my opinion) the mechanic that install the tire may not have torque the tires, I bought the car back to Firestone and have the tire reinstall and have all tires re-torque,
so my experience with Firestone is not that great.

Beware-Do not bring your vehicle to this shop if you don't want Firestone tires. I had Michelin tires, needed two replaced and they absolutely never advised of the different tires they were installing. Not professional. The next day offered Michelin but I would have to eat the cost of unwanted tires. In addition they arbitrarily added 35 for hazardous roadside assistance for each tire. I now have to go back in for a 70 refund. Charge more they will and ask for a hard copy invoice too before you leave.

Unnecessary repair replaced the Air compressor cost me over 2000.00. Only to find out after repair the A/C compressor was not the problem. Firestone of Milbrae changed my V belt or serpentine belt and belt tensioner as part of the A/C compressor and my Engine light and trouble code are present. My engine is toast thanks Firestone of Milbrae. I spent the entire holidays season renting a car at unbelievable rental rates. Now I need a new engine or a new
After the Engine light could not be cleared ,Firestone of Milbrae told me I should have taken my car to the dealership for repair.
Anyone readings only use Firestone for wheel 🛞 alignment or other related cat repairs. Please 🙏 do not allow Firestone "under your hood" just charge tires Firestone of Milbrae leave mechanical work to true MECHICAL FACILITIES.

This is the very worst Firestone location I've ever been to. Every time I come here it's a disappointment. I highly recommend the Redwood City location, it is a 10 compared to a one here. Incompetent people, they don't care, it's as simple as that
