Very nice local hardware store. The employees are very helpful. So much easier to find what you need without walking around for 1/2 a mile as in a big box store and not finding what you need and no one to ask.

When I go to ace hardware the personnel are very informative. Very friendly. When I went to a big box store and asked where something was, I was sent to 3 different isles and then I found it on my own. I blew the top of my head off. I could go on and on. I get anxiety when I have to go to the big box stores. No body knows anything. But first you have to find someone to help you.

For a local store, this Ace has it all. Friendly, helpful associates that know their stuff. Always look forward to shopping there, even if it's only to get a new washer and bolt, or Weber replacement parts or looking at the great assortment of Yeti's.

There are only a couple of hardware stores in the Doylestown area, and Fisher’s Ace Hdw is a longer drive for me—but it’s worth the drive. They have a good selection, and more importantly, a knowledgeable staff. Today I found the right area without any special assistance (good signs on the aisles), and they had inventory of the supplies I was searching for. Glad they’re here!

I called them to check on availability of a grill, since they were the closest place that had the model I wanted. They put the item on hold for me (it was the last one). When I showed up, without asking they helped me get the unit (it was the floor model) in my car, which required a small amount of disassembly. They even gave me the Allen key needed for a few of the screws to make sure I have the right size. Really great costumer service.
