Pretty expensive and the cashier didn't seem wanna be there..no hello no thank you.

Definitely overpriced. Many other gift stores are available in the area. Hell, go to the local Albertsons and you'll find similar gifts for less.

I love the merchandise however the service is terrible! During the time in the store the cashier and I assume the owner stood and spoke quite loudly in a different language, when I made my purchase the only words addressed to me were the total and you too. The “you too” came after I said thank you and have a good day. There was no eye contact until I said thank you. As soon as I walked away the conversation began again. Having worked retail for quite awhile I was quite shocked by the customer service. The store was very busy and shoplifting could have been very easy for those tempted to do so. I love the shirt I bought but left the store a little surprised.

One of The BEST experiences with Store Manager Chris during my travels through Jackson Hole and this store. I got rushed away to a meeting and did not get a chance to get back in to buy a gorgeous black rhinestone Cowgirl hat that was calling for me... I called the next day, described the hat and Chris (store Mgr.) went above and beyond to send me images, considerately suggested the appropriate size and FedExed it to me! I received it today and the fit is perfect and I could not be more impressed with this 5 STAR customer service! Great job by Chris!

I can definitely see why the rating was so… low with this place. There are countless gift shops and "cowboy" themed stores that are over the top yet remarkably shallow. Some items sold here include are weird mass-produced Cowboy hats with some dye/paint to suggest wear or sun damage. Another example are magnets - you know, ones you can get in any other gift shop. The number of “quality goods” (such as locally-made products that aren’t mass-produced overseas) feels a little lacking.

Does it fulfill its purpose as a gift shop? Yes. Is it a “general store” like it says it is? Hell to the no. This place is a gift shop, repeat, gift shop - intended for tourists.

This store has great merchandise... overpriced, but great. However, the cashier, Jennifer, was incredibly rude. I travel frequently and have never experienced racial profiling until my encounter with her. Despite spending a significant amount of money there, I almost left empty-handed due to her behavior. I cannot recommend this place because of the poor customer service.

Price gouging at its worst. Small stuffed bear 3x retail (found online at another small business). Wooden moose keychain with Made in China sticker $15.99. As mentioned by others, cashier didn't say a thing to me.

My husband paid and the cashier said it didn’t go through so he had to do it again. My husband questioned the worker and he sad he was only charged once. This was our last stop out of town till we discovered on our bank app he was indeed charged twice. We had backtrack 15 minutes, find a parking spot and go back only to be ridiculed by two women n their native tongue. They were sarcastic and rude implying my husband was lying! Finally the manager came out and credited us back but the whole ordeal will gave us not shopping there again. There are to many other options to be providing sloppy, rude service.
