We bought all our faucets and shower equipment from the fixture shop in 2017. The whole process was really great because they really assisted us in making decisions. We opted for California Faucets for the manufacture. The equipment was extremely precise and beautiful to look at. Fast forward 2021, the hand shower hose blew at both ends. It was a French Gold special order hose and would have been $100+ to replace. Jose from the Fixture Shop, intervened, in our behalf, and got Cal Faucets, to warranty the hose and will ship it to us when completed. That's real customer service. Thank you, Fixture Shop...

Had a 30 year obsolete old hot water sink fixture that had been getting worse and worse and had contacted/went to 3 other locations and was told, “no luck”. Dropped in to Fixture Shop and one of the employees (wish I would have caught his name - nice, on-the-ball guy) found parts and completely built me a new exact replica in 10 minutes. Even gave it a complete water test before I left. Works like a charm. I’ve bought shower and bath fixtures before and always treated well.

I had purchased fixture for my bathroom and kitchen from Fixture shop in 2006 and I recently had an issue with the faucet. Spoke with Sally about ordering a replacement cartridge and to my surprise she had my info and the original invoice of what I had ordered. She told me she would send a replacement out to me under warranty. It has been over 13yrs I was ready to pay and she said it was covered no charge. Anyone other company would have taken the opportunity to make some money on it. They have a great variety and customer service will be using them again when I remodel next year.

We went in there and put together a bill of material for our entire house remodel. Jose was very helpful but it took him 2 weeks to get me a quote.
Then I needed to make a few changes and after several follow ups and 10 days of waiting on a revised quote I finally had to go elsewhere. If service is that slow to quote I’m afraid what will happen after I pay.

What a great place. High quality fixtures of many kinds and brands. The people there are knowledgeable and friendly. A bit more expensive than Lowe's or Home depot but it's quality that lasts. It's definitely worth it.

They have a well displayed assortment of fixtures in such a tight space. The people were very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy. They have high end products here so we were out of our league and didn't purchase anything. However, if money isn't so tight you will definitely find that unique and fancy and perfect fixture here

This place as great quality and takes the time to talk to about differences in product and I have never had a problem on returning anything, even if I just changed my mind on my choice. I really like the small business feel of the place. A good reliable place that will remember what you bought 10years ago.
