The young ladies at aces, hardware or outstanding. All the help up there are good they come and help you. They ask you, if you need anything, you don't have to stand and wait to get service or anything. One of the best hardwares I've been unlike home depot and Lowe's you can't get help there anymore. You have to call him on the phone and then they tell you. You have to wait, but aces hardware is recommended highly by me. If you want good timely service, they're still doing a good outstanding job

I had an exceptionally good experience with the staff at Ace Hardware Pea Ridge. The team there went above and beyond to correct an error I made with the purchase of an outdoor grill, not to mention the fact that they assembled and delivered the grill. I will be back. Service this good is well worth the short drive from Rogers.

Can’t thank Joe enough for his patience and diligence today! Needed to tweak a paint color I purchased a few days ago. It was a little challenging but Joe stuck with it. And by the way Joe, it looks great! Thanks again and I will definitely show you a picture when it’s done.

Wow, Super nice staff. I had called ahead to make sure that they had the specific product that I wanted, which was Yard Guard for Armadillos. The guy that answered went and looked. When he came back to the phone, he said that they had one left. So I drove straight there, which took about 15 minutes. There it was, the last one. I couldn't find this product anywhere else and ordering it on-line would have taken a week. Totally saved my plants from the Armadillo.

I think things here are generally more expensive than say your local Walmart but we gotta support these businesses too. Just went here for some caulk but they had a nice little selection of handles.

This place always amazes me in customer service. Every employee is friendly and willing to help. From the minute you walk in the front door, someone is greeting you, offering to locate items for you, and even carry them out to the car for you. The store is very clean and neat and has a bigger selection of outdoor items than you would think. Always my pick for outdoor products.
