Hands down the best in floor options. Staff always welcoming and knowledgeable. After looking at the options we ordered 2400 sq ft of Timberland waterproof flooring to be picked at another state. Our handyman was able to pick up the order within 48 hrs. He picked up the items with no issues. Your website is easy to use and no glitches at all. Good job to the whole IT team and commercial team. You know what you are doing.

Store with a very huge collection of tiles, ceramics, LVPs for flooring and walls.
Visited this a few times to pick up materials for a friend's bathroom renovation.

The staff is super helpful and prices for all materials are well displayed.

Good place to look at how various tiles and designs look post installation so that we can make correct decisions in time. They also have their own design centers and staff who can sit with you and help you make decisions.

Jay was awesome and very helpful over the phone When I got to the location he even came out with me to make sure I got the correct tile. This place is a newer location from the one I use to go to in Santa Ana. It has a huge selection of all tiles, stone, laminates and wood. They have many displays to show what a layout would look like. Plus they also offer design services. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This place has been helpful for my clients who are also remodeling.

My daughter got her tile at #flooranddecor in Ohio and recommended it. I ended up getting all my tile for both bathroom renovations and the flooring for the whole house. Always busy on the weekends but during the week it is better.

They have a great return policy; full refund within 90 days and NO restocking fee. They also take partial boxes... lots of options.
