We replaced all our carpets with hardwood, Floors Plus was a pleasure to work with. They were vey informative and professional. Gavin our salesperson came to our house and measured the rooms and kept us informed through out the entire process. He answered all of our calls and all of our questions. Their installers were top notch, arrived on time and left everything clean. We are very happy with this company and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I highly recommend Floors Plus. From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. I am a Realtor, and had a listing that needed new carpet. I called the Floors Plus on a Thursday, and the next day, they were at the house for measurements. I quickly received the quote, which was very reasonable, and by that Tuesday, our new carpet was being installed. I was so pleasantly surprised with how quick the whole process was. With other companies, this process usually takes me a couple of weeks. In addition to their efficiency of getting the job done, their communication was also excellent. I especially appreciate Hannah and Maryssa. Not only did they communicate with me every step of the way, but they were especially kind, accommodating, and overall just wonderful to work with. The whole experience was wonderful! Maryssa and Gavin of the front office make a great team. Very helpful in selecting our new floor and very accommodating with changes. The installation team was also very accommodating as well. The day before installation I removed the cabinets and discovered that there was extensive water damage to the subfloor and Omar (the installer) came the night before, after hours, to remove the damaged particle board and put blowers to dry out the area so we could get the installation done on time. It was a lot of hard work to rip up the old subfloor of two bathrooms and a kitchen and install the new one but man they worked fast and got it all done in one day!
So happy that we could get it all done by a local shop and not have to go out of town. I was also impressed that Gavin was bi-lingual!
A very pleasant experience with no hassles. Would highly recommend.

This review is LONG overdue. We did a full kitchen and whole-house floor remodel when we purchased our new home last year (April 2021). We ripped out all of the carpeting and tile flooring.
I began looking for flooring several months in advance because of the pandemic and the knowledge that it would take months for the products to arrive. Dan and his crew were amazingly informative, patient and helpful. Though there was an issue with our flooring arriving later than previously anticipated, the entire staff made sure that we were happy. My only regret is not using Floors Plus to install our floors. You will not regret getting your floors from Floors Plus and working with the amazing staff there. Thank you for making my house so beautiful!
