This shop is a hidden gem in Lafayette. A family owned, brick and mortar flower shop in a historic building. Beautiful arrangements, friendly service, not to mention polite and considerate delivery service. Nese and her assistant Lindsay are easy to work with and provide some of the most lovely floral creations you’ll ever see. I’ve never been disappointed when I ask her to work her magic! Highly recommend.

Edit: My MIL asked me to update the review to reflect her feelings after speaking with the owner. Their response and apology were sincere and it was made clear that this is not how they normally conduct business. We appreciate the follow up and making things right. My mother-in-law recently ordered two dozen white roses, as she just lost her husband. She received an email saying they were delivered but there were no flowers delivered. When she called, the person who answered the phone told her that she delivered them to a “duplex” and suggested that my MIL go walk around to see if the flowers are at one of her neighbors houses. What kind of customer service is that? I walked around the neighborhood (while calling the store repeatedly to see if we could get any guidance as to where the roses were delivered) but never received any call back. Eventually I found the roses 7 houses away. (The address was correct in the order.) Who tells a recent widow to go walk around the neighborhood to find their flowers that you delivered to the wrong house?! Absolutely appalling. It’s been almost a week now and not even a single call back to see if we ever found them. I cannot in good faith recommend this business.

Senior Ball corsages. Wow. For $56 I would have assumed the flowers would have stayed on longer than 3 minutes! My sons date put her arm around his waist and the main two flowers fell off. Luckily the home we were at, had white roses in the garden so I could redo it. These are kids events, not weddings, the price should reflect the quality and consider the event. Really disappointed.

One of the last remaining full-service flower shops in Lafayette and there is a reason for that: Impeccable service, competitive pricing and wide variety of products in this cute flower shop. Highly recommended- you won't be disappointed.

This was second time this year I called in for an exotic arrangement delivery to my mother, former President of the Moraga Garden Club, and she “Just loves the arrangement, it’s gorgeous”. First arrangement in March included proteas, that one was spectacular too and lasted over a month! I posted a photo here of this week’s creation. She’s happy so I’m happy!
